The Russian Federation & Ukraine Nationals will determine the National Champions of Russia and Ukraine as well as their participants for the Europe Finals, which will be the Ukrainian champion and Russias Top 3. Russias Champion is also guaranteed a spot in the Global Finals in Asia later this year.
