[IEM] Poland EU Qualifier Stage 1.

The Intel Extreme Masters next stop takes us to the amazingly enthusiastic Poland, where once again the world's best gamers will battle it out for supremacy over their respective fields. The StarCraft 2 and League of Legends tournaments will provide a grand total of $82,000 as players from Europe, America and Asia duke it out for the top spot. If you live in Europe and are reading this thread, this is your chance to be a
part of the experience!

The European qualifier will once again be split up into 3 stages (detailed below). Stage 1 is for everyone, you can sign up and participate to then earn a spot in Stage 2. Stages 2 and 3 are mostly comprised of invites based on a ranking system.
