Not surprising to see free dropping and Kal and Bisu moving up slightly. Good movement up for Hydra and Shine - Shine in particular has been on fire recently.
if the other 4 tosses near the bottom of the list step it up we could really have some heavy protoss competition. hopefully at least best can step it up, i would hope to see him higher up
Free isn't top-toss anymore so Stork is happy. I hope Protoss start tearing things up now that Bisu has shown the way with his zealots. Zerg are forced to sunken up and lose mapcontrol (or risk losing their third base). It's far from being solved, but PvZ is looking exciting again.
Kwanro failed to qualify in either SL, he's on a 3-3 (3 loss streak now) this PL and he hasn't been played since November 13th. He's lucky to even still be on there.
i think Stats has the potential to be top 15 for sure, KT just need to get out of the slump its in right now... Also has Baby been doing well in the PL? last I heard he was in a bit of a slump himself...
Sea is moving up. Free-falling, kal is now the highest ranked toss... well isn't that interesting. soulkey is definitely deserving of that rank-boost with his performance.
Congrats to Soulkey for the high jump; hopefully he'll continue to rise or at least maintain a good ranking this year.
Also JUST noticed that half the dragons are back in the top ten; I wonder who will replace the others (although I think BeSt would still count as a dragon given that he's not really slumping)?
Personally would like to see Stats up there given his recent successful performance. Good player is good.
i hope bisu can keep up his good results and beat flash or someone else cause imo it becomes a bit boring that flash is so much ahead even jaedong prob loose 8 of 10 games vs him and he is second ... if not i guess flash will dominate this game till broodwar will die and sc2 becomes the topgame in korea wich is just a question of the time

He went from 832.5 points to 830.6.
I think part of the problem is that while there are lots of rising stars, they haven't done enough to really get up near the top where people like Hyuk are, and all the people around Hyuk have also been playing at a mediocre level, so they aren't moving much either.
If the ELO was based on a short time period, it might be a different picture, but assuming there's a reasonable lag related to results, it's going to take a while before the rising stars catch up with the middle of the road guys in the 20-ish rank area.
Can't understand how Light managed to drop a place. BeSt should be ranked alot higher than 23rd and ZerO should have gone up more than one rank, as should Bisu. Action should have lost more than just 2 places aswell. I know its all based on maths, but, like the FIFA football world rankings, it is a bit of a joke. The only ranks I 100% agree with are the top 3, everyone else is debatable.

So the ranking follows a specific formula based on player wins (weighed heavier on individual league progress than team leagues), and you disagree with it? KeSPA ranks aren't there to tell you that #8 is a worse player than #7, just that in recent history he hasn't performed as well (or hasn't played as much). As for why Bisu passed Light, it was because he was on a roll last round going 10-0, where as Light went 3-7. The two are still very closely tied in points (Bisu with 1,339.5, Light with 1,326.8) so Light can overtake him very easily if he performs well.
BeSt dropped 4 places, but if you look closely, the difference between BeSt (828.4) at #23, and Hyuk (830.6) at #21 is almost nothing. You should take a look at the ranking with the correct point alocations to see how close certain positions are on the ranking.
