- Showers will wake you up and refresh you if you feel sleepy.
- Drink water, bring a big bottle of water next to your table and get a few sips after every few games.
- Put a toilet paper roll next to the water bottle. (<3 Nal_Ra)
- Don't eat big meals, it will make you more sleepy and slow, so I guess more small meals or bites is better.
- Instead of energy drinks, squeeze some lemons for lemonade with cool water. Lemonade is good to raise your energy levels and to fight off some of the fatigue, plus it's healthy and tasty as fuck! Otherwise, make a similar fruit/vegetable drink/mix (google what's good). Just to make clear, don't drink JUST lemonade, that's not a good idea; drinking when you need it is good though.
- Use energy drinks as a last resort, and don't drink like 234234 in 10 minutes.
- Music: you'll probably want to control the sound and type of music, as some have quicker tempo and will pump you up too much when you don't need it (then you'll spend more energy), but you also don't want to play something too slow or quiet (especially during night) as it might lead to sleepiness. I guess it's good to have a good rotation of a bunch of slower/quieter songs and then a shorter rotation of faster/louder songs, but I'm no expert so I might be wrong on this. Maybe even a period of time without music would work.
- Stretch lightly every few games, you can even do it from the chair. Stretch a bit harder every few hours, preferably while taking a short walk (maybe for toilet breaks). This is mostly for the neck/spine/shoulders/back.
- Do light finger, hand, wrist and arm exercises.
- Do eye exercises. Slowly for like a minute, roll them in circles in one direction a few times, then another, then left-right-left-etc. and then up-down-up, focus on things far away a few times - this is important, since you'll be staring at the same close spot all the time.
- I hope you don't have the screen too close to your eyes or too low, otherwise they'll tire more quickly.
- Disable f.lux if you have it, otherwise it will reduce light during night (that's nice for the eyes, but will make you more sleepy).
- Don't play in dark or with too low lighting at night, it will tire your eyes and make you more sleepy. If you don't want to have full lights during night, at least make sure there's a good background light behind your screen, otherwise it's hard on your eyes to have light/dark so close and makes your pupils constantly keep dilating/constricting when you look to the side, and that's not very good. Eg. put a small lamp a few arm-lengths behind the screen, but don't make it shine too strongly or directly to your eyes (something like THIS, but probably a bit brighter though).
- Obviously, to avoid too early fatigue, set up your chair/desk/keyboard/mouse/screen correctly, like Flash.

I have just some shitty expensive mobile internet atm, which I usually only use when I really need to check something. I'll see if I can do something about it.
btw, boooooooo srab, I almost casted longer after studying the whole day before that, and I had an exam the next day. :D
