Did BW's viewership drop by 50% when he was banned then? He may have held more than 50% of the viewers but did they all just leave when he was banned? I doubt it. Either they watched him wherever else he decided to stream or they watched someone else.
Hope he can tone his shit down enough -_- I get he's portraying that "mental crazy cunt" persona (or perhaps is mentally ill idk) but he needs to know the boundaries lol.
It actually reminds me of a time i was in primary school, maybe ~8 years old where we all laughed and jeered/cheered a downs syndrome child who pulled his trousers down and pissed in a corner, thinking it was the funniest shit ever, when in fact it was just sad and humiliating for everyone involved.

to be fair i think is terrible to laugh about that.About ur question we re looking for information and how it affected but i can tell u terror alone was abble to put bw in the rank 2 of afreeca.in like 10 minutes i will back with some graphics.

It IS terrible to laugh about that, we were all young kids we knew no better, thinking back on it now its fucking shameful, some of the stuff terror does gives me the same feeling is what i was getting at.
Maybe he did bring BW up in viewership but like someone else said it probably isnt because of BW if thats the truth.
Either way, can't be a bad thing right? Especially for BW. Until he starts having a permabrainfart all over afreeca again at least :|
Why not? The things terror does remind me of the experience. Some poor fellow doing something ridiculously degrading and being ridiculed / encouraged by a crowd which for me i find shameful for all parties involved.
...Sorry i guess. It came to mind when i thought of terrors crazy shit and voiced the comparison.

Not sure if trolling ><
Terror and Dragon are on completely different levels. Dragon is tame. Terror is crazy and goes beyond silly trolling. Refer to any video/image of Terror for reference.
As I remember, 2 kids volunteered to be on stream with terror and terror said he would give them a task. If they failed, terror said he would punish them. The kids failed their task. Terror threw a bowl of soy sauce at them

Apparently it was considered child abuse. That's the official record anyways.
Is it bad that I went to the end of this thread to make sure he hadn't been re banned before I posted about wondering how long it would take for him to get rebant?

In the case of people who watch Terror, "BW viewer" is the wrong label. The viewers were counted as BW viewers only because the channel was classified as a BW channel on paper. They watch him for his insane brand of humor and entertainment. His gaming skills are pretty pathetic compared to the great Zergs of Afreeca in 2014.
Whatever good he does by artificially pumping up viewership numbers is probably undone by the negative impact on the public image of BW gamers on Afreeca. At best, his net contribution to BW at this point is zero.

Carrot-top hosted sold out shows and won prizes too. I don't understand why it's difficult to see that fueling this man's erratic behavior by being a pseudo celebrity is not at all healthy for anyone, let alone the BW scene. It's not like he's bringing intelligence or aptitude to the scene and is just misunderstood, he just goes around being an actual asshole (destroying property, yelling at passer-by in his daily life, mistreating his neighbors, etc) and you all encourage this behavior because it's entertaining to you even though it might actually be bad for his mental health. How is that any different from the terrible celebrity culture we see elsewhere.

While I think Terror is pretty irrelevant as far as BW is concerned, I can't see why he's bad for it and how he can cause any harm. For BW that is, fucking sure he causes harm to real people lol. Then again he's only mildly annoying to be fair, he doesn't run around killing people. And I'm pretty positive he's mostly acting, clearly realizing where his success is coming from.
I have no idea how people can stand him... and even give him money to continue his shows of disturbing mental insanity lol this guy has problems for sure even if it is just an act

wait what did he do to his neighbours?
Depending on proximity, the screaming is likely annoying as fuck to his neighbours.

Considering his screaming, I am surprised that he still has neighbours left.

Agreed
my theory on this: There is a lot of inner stress, agression and tension in people, especially in asian cultures. Its better for the community to evolve in a way to socialize people to follow the order and not to be harmful to others. He represents the release of these hidden and ridden energies. Some people envy him in a way, because he is not afraid to show these feelings, in fact, he seems to be proud. He just doesn't give a fuck. They look up to him as a hero, who shows them how to be brave and feel how you would feel if society wasn't there to regulate you. Thats why they give him money (well they might not be realizing it consciously, but when they feel, 'ahh, this guy is amusing', thats the reason behind it i think). "Can't just suppress million years of gut instinct" - as they said in jurassic park lol. His actions represent the feelings caused by ancient instincts. It's what our ancestors did as well. The joy of owning your opponent means the joy of a succesful hunt for the prey. Screaming, because it meant life, over death. Screaming, because you have to release the fear of dying from hunger. Or it might mean the joy of overcoming a rival male. Throwing your chair through the window, because you release the agression, fear, and anger needed to be in a better position and reproduce. Pouring shit on your face and body? Its a ritual. Ritual of hunt, killing, or agression. It helps to be more focused, to be better. Unpausing in a bad manner? The secret desire of an easy hunt. It's not fair, its not human, its how the world works.
Add the fact that he is extraordinary thus interesting, funny sometimes, and also skillful.

He's not Tyler Durden and he's just a freak. This isn't Fight Club, it's just a bunch of Korean teenagers finding that extremely funny. Mystery solved.
