I'v recently tried to install ICCUP and when I did so my CD key was disabled. Now when I try logging into US East coast or any other multiplayer server it gives the following error message: "The CD key you installed with has been disabled. Please contact Blizzard entertainment for technical support."
Obviously blizzard will ignore any complain from the BW community but does anybody here have any suggestions as to what this problem might be?

You might have an older key with not enough digits. I think you can request a new one on their site.
It's worth contacting Blizzard, I don't think it's guaranteed they will ignore you. Just be polite. If your key was stolen they can give you a new one, probably. Maybe they can tell it wasn't you who committed the abuse just by checking the ip.
Oh you are talking about iCCup. I have no idea, I don't think they ban keys for having been used on iCCup / don't know how they would tell.

Try reinstalling brood war. I had the same problem but slightly different cirumstances and I think I fixed it by simply reinstalling.

Ye reinstalling might be the key. Thanks.

ICCup doesnt care about the properness of your CDKEY. Reinstalling should work i guess or dl BW from ICCup, that version works for sure.
