I think sAviOr deserves to be allowed to play again. Yes what he did was terrible but so is doping and if you look at athletes in real sports most of them get back after having endured a doping/betting ban for a few years, or sometimes as short as 6 months. Their penalty is just not the ban, but also having to receive hate from the audience for probably their lifetime once they return (see Justin Gatlin which is an extreme case). sAviOr has been gone for a looooong time now, and it's a bit of a shame that we won't get to see him compete again because he did play extremely well and entertaining in games where he wasn't actually cheating. But I guess this lifetime ban is an esports thing in general.
Lemelose is so correct. Skills don't pay the bills unless you're in the top 1% of Pro's in Korea. Way easier to manage a consistent income through being a personality.

You know what brings nothing of value to the fucking "ecosystem"? Your long ass redundant hateful post about a 9 years old topic. Now here is a way for you to bring value is to let it the fuck go with savior.

Let's see, the last time sAviOr was streaming he was losing games to Britney, one of the worst streamers to ever exist in terms of skill at the game.
Streamers who play Brood War need to have a good vibe with one another, and the viewers of these streamers need to have decent rapport with each other so that the streamers can concentrate on their games with needing to mediate conflict. How many streamers can you actually name that has zero beef with sAviOr and what he did, and has the ability to manage their fans in such a way that conflicts between those who support sAviOr, and those who hate sAviOr don't take over the stream?
Tell me, what does sAviOr bring to the current ecosystem that I'm overlooking? Nail biting Brood War games versus the likes of Britney? sAviOr awkwardly trying to make amends with equally awkward streamers who don't know whether to forgive him or scorn him? People fighting non-stop over whether sAviOr should be forgiven or not? What does he actually bring to the table aside from controversy and drama?
I personally would recommend the theater if these are the kind of spectacles you wish for. Do you enjoy this particular conversation you are having with me? Because this is the kind of stuff sAviOr will introduce to the scene, as well as his amazing ability to make Britney look like a competent Brood War player.

Does he still have fans + rich friends in China? i recall him participating in a Chinese BW tournament a few years ago and Kespa wanted Blizzard to stop it. The TOs were apparently big fans of savior.

how comes no one talks about the kespa corruption or the way they had kids under age working and exploding them? i sometimes ask myself if the matchfixing exploded cuz players didnt share it with kespa.anyway the only i like from savior is the bw side.what he did after is just a disgrace and im sure he knows it,sometimes people fall under the pressure of the moment and take horrible decisions instead of asking for help.
Savior brings nothing real to table other than temporary 1 month ish boost in popularity before people stop watching him. + a lot of streamers have beef with him and saviors personality isn t too great. Other than temporary boost, I don't think savior returning does much and only serves to have black patch of tension on side.
I don't think it's overall positive at all. It's not like he is amazing anymore skill wise either
