Any thoughts on what Flash should have done to defend the drop? Flash saw it coming from a mile away but still wasnt able to stop it -- how many times will you hear yourself say that!

I feel this 3-3-3 was truly precious and special for BW as a whole. The only thing I hoped for more than Flash's 3-3-3 was Bisu taking a championship before the army... I'm sad that didn't happen. What Flash said was that he didn't go for nukes in that first game because of his friendship with Hero. Now it's time for a new champion(s) to rise from this point onwards.

What Flash said was that he didn't for for nukes in that first game because of his friendship with Hero. Good manners! Thanks for the recap. I really enjoyed the finals. I just hope there will soon be someone who puts Flash to the test.

It reminds me a bit of Tom Brady in American football - he's already established himself as the GOAT at his position, but he's still playing at an elite level and widening the gap between him and #2.

Game 3 was crazy for Hero. I thought for sure Hero was fucked in that game. Using Scourge to draw fire for his drop was great. Then to just keep dropping and stay on top of his production must've been frustrating for Flash. Hero was just all over him after that. I felt Flash would win on FS and he did. That map seems to suit his more macro like play. The fake out with the marines was awesome.

^ Kwark wrote the recap, not me but I'm sure he appreciates the compliment I just looked at "text by Bigfan" at the top of the post and thought you did it. My bad, I should've paid more attention. I feel silly now.

You also listed "assimilators" but nobody in the game was Protoss. =)

The whole game was based on Hero's decision to not destroy them. Oh snap you're right! I totally forgot about that. It was actually a huge part of the game (and strategy of the map). Okay rescinding that criticism Thanks for the correction!

Lurkers clearly want to be large units.

Lurkers clearly want to be large units. Some races are hindered by this inconsistency, especially the protoss race, while the terran race benefits from it. Terran Goliaths cheat the system by being the only large units to be carried in groups of four. Zerg Lurkers are the only medium sized units to be treated like large units when it comes to transportation. Protoss Zealots/High Templars/Dark Templars all are classified as small units, but are treated like medium sized units when it comes to transportation. I remember this stuff mentioned all the time back when people were trying to prove the point that terran was a broken race more than ten years ago.
