There is a certain tone in the interview... I guess it's nice to say Xellos sounds like Xellos... ??? Whatever, round of four baby!!!!!!
2 long years!!! Even if Xellos doesn't beat Bisu (lol, o he will) he will at worst get a medal. I just don't see otherwise. He is never losing to Mind TvT wars, NEVAR.

O? Rly? GAY. MSL's seed structure is still gay like before I see...
Ok fine, Xellos will get 1st MSL then. I don't care, I know who I'm cheering for all the way.

At this rate we need a new hype thread:
Bisu vs CJ - the Perfect road to his 3rd MSL Title.
First the newcomer aggresive Zerg Kwanro.
Now the revival of the old school Perfect Terran Xellos.
Will Bisu make it to the MSL Finals to potentially face The Maestro himself, and be responsible for single handedly dismantling 3/4th's of CJs MSL hopefuls? stay tuned...
Also, he might even end up facing Iris in an OSL series.
BISU VS CJ!

That's even better than sAviOr vs OGN from awhile back.

It should also be noted that Xellos was very very close to completely shutting Ra out 3-0. It really came down to a slight bad decision which shows Xellos really did come prepared with some good builds and strategies today.

And I looked forward to the games between Hwasin and Bisu...
I'm giddy with excitement for these games (although I guess I should be ready for dissapointment). 3-2 to XellOs! CJ all the way.

cool interview, thanks a lot.

Thank for the translation.
I've been a hardcore Xellos fan since his Olympus victory (more like, after he 3-0'd Boxer). Go PERFECT TERRAN~

nice, thanks. I wish the best for Xellos, but I dont think he can win against Bisu

game 1 rA really shot himself in the foot. XellOs showed some awesome micro/defensive decisions though.
game 2 XellOs had until he decided to back up and give rA some breathing space.
game 3 was over for rA pretty early -_- close position python needs terran to put himself in shoddy position; rA's breaks looked bad because he had no options.
game 4 was really cute from XellOs. I liked it.
overall, a pretty solid performance from XellOs, though not amazing - if he plays like this against bisu, he'll lose. rA showed bad play T_T

COME ON XELLOSSSS
take BISU DOWNN

Damn, you beat me to it.
More on-topic: Xellos made me really happy. I never thought he'll win although I hoped to see him play with bisu. It's nice to see him so confident, but sadly he'll get raped.

From Pringles 2 Group Selection:
On August 24 2006 02:40 uhjoo wrote: the main story of course is group A.
some of you may have noticed, but the group is savior vs. the entire ongamenet sparkyz team. this was not by accident. during the selection, both yellow[name] and bifrost both said they wanted to play savior. savior took this as a diss and was steaming all the way through the selection. he asked that all the sparkyz be put into his group, and players complied throughout the selection.
when it was terato's turn, he came up and said he did not want to play against savior (probably b/c he didn't want to be in the same group as his teammates). he was put into group b.
however, when it came to rA's turn, rA asked for some time, went and asked savior something (thus the picture of them looking like they're making out), then came back and put terato in group A. when asked what savior told him, rA said that he didn't want to stick 3 of the same teammates into 1 group, and had asked savior if pusan would be ok. savior replied that only terato would do. and since savior would bring in terato into group A even if rA did not, rA complied.
when it was savior's turn, he said "i originally wanted to play someone else, but when the sparkyz team got uppity, i feel that they should get exactly what they want. they instigated this, so they're getting what they deserve." he then added, "i am going to set up the worst case scenario for ongamenet sparkyz." then he went and made his switch-- matching up bifrost (a strong tvz) with yellow[name], and making terato his first opponent.
terato then demanded the mike, and clearly angry (the dude was like shivering with rage) he said, "i explicitly said i did not want this to happen, but because he set it up this way, i will make him pay."
thus, group A will be fun to watch.
P.S. sAviOr went 2-1 against OGN; he beat Justin and Terato but lost to Fake YellOw

Finally, after 2 years of waiting. Xellos is in the happy position that Bisu was against Savior last MSL. He's got a ton of games from Bisu to analyse and a lot of time to practice. Xellos was clearly well prepared for Ra's playstyle - his turret placement against reaver drops etc. I think he'll adapt to Bisu accordingly.
Savior and Xellos play on the two days I get a break from reservist training. There's no way that would happen unless they were preordained to win.
