Lately Zerg players like Jaedong and EffOrt are all over the place. sAviOr showed up at a recent ProLeague match as well. Who have we not heard from much? July!
On June 29, 2009, DailyESports did a pretty lengthy interview with him to catch up (there is an entire translation if you're interested). Some stuffs he said about/to the fellow Zerg masters:
"...[In response to the big buzz about [NC]Yellow’s recent win against Bisu, July said that the buzz is regrettable. Why?]
The whole buzz pissed me off. Since when it was a miracle for a progamer to score one win? [NC]Yellow always practices hard and he was still the best progamer for us, so it was sad to see that one win was considered the ultimate miracle or something.
For progamers who have been around a while, [NC]Yellow is a legend. But people on the Internet do nothing but make fun of him. I don’t know what they get bringing down a legend.
I’m glad that he won, but on the other hand it’s heartbreaking to see where he’s at now and people on the Internet making fun of him. I wish people stop doing that to a legend.
I wish people stop bringing down everything and all he gave to be where he was. Please!...
...July to Luxury: You slowed down after winning the MSL. Please come back! You might not believe this but I’m not an extrovert so I didn’t get to know you better at the All-Star. But let’s be friends! Let’s meet up with Yellow[Arnc] at Battle.net sometimes.
July to Savior: Nowadays we see Savior fans vs July fans. It’s good to be good at team leagues but I hope you be good at individual leagues. That’s where the name of Savior is symbolic. I hope you make a great comeback.
July to Jaedong: As a Zerg user, it’s good to see you doing well. But it’s sad to see you playing too many games! It reminds me of my days at the team POS. I hope you keep a good pace. I sucked at it and got into a slump, so I hope that doesn’t come to you. Don’t exhaust yourself with game and be a progamer who’s at the top longer than I was.
July to Yellow[Arnc]: You’re good at ZvZ and Luxury is good at ZvT, so you guys can help each other. I will teach ZvP, and teach me ZvZ! We should be friends soon!..."
Speaking of Zerg masters, how can Jaedong be stopped? I have you the answer. It's not Bisu. It's unfortunately not Flash. It's definitely not Stork. It's not even KeSPA.
An interesting thing was Flash revealing his salary:
DJ – another fan asked how much you guys make. You’re pros yet young, giving up a lot to be pros. Choi – it might be embarrassed to give exact numbers…maybe reveal just the first digit? DJ – Savior? Doesn’t everybody know? Savior – top guys levels are like two to three… DJ – $200,000 to $300,000? Savior – I never said that… DJ – lol. Park – I should practice harder… Bisu – yeah it’s about that… DJ – Flash, you’re still in high school…and you make that much? Flash – yeah…
(unbee got some good stuffs about Savior, including this tribute video)
And I was watching OnGameNet live stream, and Carri's "7224" was on. It is a show talking about behind stories of Korean professional StarCraft scene.
- When asked what does she think about inside the game booth, she said, "I think about...'I wanna play!!"" - She also said that Flash brings a ruler to the game booth and measures things (to make sure that computer, keyboard, and mouse are positioned in the exact same way as they are when he practices). - 9 out of 12 progamers who played in her booth proceeded to the round of 16 - She likes dark-skinned guys. - She predicted Effort as the winner of Bacchus OSL 2009.
Choi – another question. We get excited after win. But you guys are so calm. On purpose? Savior – not on purpose. But such ceremony culture needs to change. We’re just not used to expressing ourselves. Choi – I thought maybe you were being considerate for the loser. Savior – many players do ceremony.
Made me chuckle. Im sure Savior has nightmares of that every day.
DJ – Flash, you’re still in high school…and you make that much? Flash – yeah… DJ – wow your parents must treat you well.. Flash – yeah they cook me meats and stuffs…
lol Always food on his mind
DJ – where do you usually spend money? Savior – like when I go out on holidays, for food. Hang out with friends at night.
DJ – Savior, when was the last kiss for you? Savior – can you ask about the first kiss instead?
Reminds me of path of the night post by rekrul
DJ – another asked…if it’s true that besides StarCraft, you suck at computer, Flash? Flash – yeah…I can’t even upload pictures…I do use Internet sometimes.
lol
Also lol at the keyboard thing.
I was only reading their transcript, but their responses seemed a bit awkward, and the questions were okish I guess. Thanks for the translations sky slasher, I appreciate your work alot, translating vids like this is especially awesome.
Dj – are you nervous? Savior – not really. Bisu – not really. I’ve been on radio. Dj – which one? Bisu – I don’t remember Dj – who was the DJ? Bisu – … Flash – I’m fine too.
I love that Flash was feeling left out and just hand to put in that he was fine being on the radio as well hahaha.

Interesting tidbit about Flash and his booth - I've always wondered if certain players have weird pre-game rituals like professional athletes often do...

Well, Free is getting paid back, I recall one thread with all the progamer salaries, and for the star and ace player, Free was getting paid REALLY low on Hanbit. So I think WJ is paying him back and giving him what he deserves him now.

What the hell? Are you sure about that?
Not sure on the exact number for Free but it is ridiculously high [b/c as previously stated Woongjin wanted to repay him for when he was making 6k/year and winning a ton]
I don't think Stork gets paid less than other top level players. I remember watching the rookie draft and all the newbies wanted to get drafted by Samsung because they are a rich, big budget team. So Stork should be paid well.
lol the saviour part had me laughing so hard, it wasn't anything special at first, he put the headphones on and was hunched over, but then he kept struggling trying to play it off and it was too great.
Everyone who's watched a flash game knows about the ruler and tape etc. You can see him doing it before the games He even does it the same way each time.
Good stuff though.
I don't know why you feel bad for him Last Romantic. For 200 thousand freakin dollars a year I'd play 1000 games a day if I could. I envy the guy...amazing. The bad part is even if I did, I still probably wouldn't ever be as good as him.

Well sure you can say the kid's making a fortune by playing videogames but the mental stress caused by carrying his whole team while being a dual-league favorite is taking a heavy toll on his mental state / psychological development. As much as he tries to cover it up, you can see how overworked he is in interviews.

I dont know if it is because they are older, but JD and Bisu seems to handle the practice schedule and pressure very well. They always seem calm and OK about it.

He has also stated something along the lines of ~ him being extremely happy with his choice of becoming a progamer and rather be doing that then seriously studying for school. Of course the practice regiment is difficult and the pressure is difficult, but he appears to still enjoy progaming.

PART 1 (the first video that will be played from the embedded screen above)
00:38 Dj – the undeniable confidence made him what he is today. The Maestro of Zerg, the Bonjwa, Savior!
00:59 Dj – good look and skill. He always shoots for something higher. The handsome, popular progamer – the Revolutionist Bisu!
01:17 Dj – the coolness unmatched with his age. A desire to win. The best Terran, the Ultimate Weapon of limitless potential. The young genius progamer, Flash!
01:35 Dj – Savior, Bisu, Flash, hi!
01:54 Savior, Bisu, Flash – hi.
01:56 Dj – !!! You’re all wearing uniforms. This radio has a visual too. I got too excited. Let’s introduce the hosts Park and Choi! Are you guys their fans?
02:23 Savior – yeah, I only saw them on TV. It’s an honor to see them.
02:37 Choi – the same with us. Park – we’re more of fans!
02:40 Dj – Flash, look at the camera and please introduce yourself.
02:54 Flash – hi, I’m Flash from KT, 18.
02:59 Dj – a kiss for fans?
03:05 [Flash gives a kiss]
03:08 Park – born in 1992. Dj – the kiss of the 1992! Bisu!
03:12 Bisu – hi I’m the progamer Bisu.
03:22 Dj – you got good hair!
03:27 Bisu – I just washed it.
03:33 Dj – from T1?
03:36 Bisu – yes.
03:39 Savior – hi I’m the Maestro Savior from CJ. Nice to meet you.
03:50 Dj – the uniform is like that of a racing car driver.
03:54 Savior – yes, CJ has a racing car team. The similar concept.
04:04 Park – you’ve never seem him on games? He wore the uniform.
04:10 Dj – that’s the only channel that I don’t have. All of them are so handsome and progamers and genius. The hosts, please introduce yourself. Park – maybe you feel like they’re sons. Hi! Choi – hi. I’m the progamers’ fans!
05:06 Dj – are you nervous? Savior – not really. Bisu – not really. I’ve been on radio. Dj – which one? Bisu – I don’t remember Dj – who was the DJ? Bisu – … Flash – I’m fine too. Park – they’ve the fighters. Radio is nothing. Dj – no, I relaxed them before they come here. Park – you scolded them… Dj – you need to look good to become progamers? You guys are all good-looking.
06:00 Savior – no, it’s not like that. It’s the skill. Dj – I was kidding. Savior, you have a small face! Do you guys know each other outside of games? Bisu – we don’t have time. We have a strict system, even in weekends. Flash – yeah, we have a system. Dj – don’t you wanna go home? Flash – yeah, I’m still young and wanna at times. I go home maybe once or twice a year. Park – they’re in different teams. Any competitive spirit?
07:03 Savior – while games. But not in a private setting like this. And we sometimes talk about the games Park – do you guys make bets on your games? We do!
07:24 Bisu – only when we go to PC Cafes with people we know. Choi – I’ve heard that even within a team it’s competitive. Because you have to be good within you team to compete with players from other teams.
07:46 Savior – yeah. The competition starts within your own team. You have to be good there before you can compete against other teams.
07:58 Dj – I see. So the three players are here. And they had requested songs. Flash’s gonna team up with Choi. A duet!
08:29 [Flash and Bisu duet start]
PART 2 (the second video that will be played from the embedded screen above)
00:00 DJ – this Tuesday’s special is the star show, featuring Savior, Bisu, Flash. Because they’re the best progamers and look good! But also SBS is in its third year and trying to get people to download its Gorilla program. So, can you please support us? Savior? Will fans be moved? Savior – I trust them. Download Gorilla! DJ – Bisu, how about you? Will they move? We’re the 6th, but will we move to 3rd or 4th? Bisu – sure…they’ll listen…going up the rank is good for us too. DJ – will we be blamed? I’m glad to hear we won’t. Flash? Flash – I told my fans about this and they asked questions and stuffs. They said they’ll watch this. DJ – I couldn’t predict how popular you guys are. For people not used to the game culture. They exceed the boy bands popularity. They look good! Savior/Bisu/Flash – thank you.
03:11 DJ – skip to the questions…Choi? Choi – I’m nervous when I play games…how do they deal with that at the finals? When I play, I can’t even move my hands well! Flash – yeah, usually about 10,000 come to watch the finals. So we get nervous but it’s our job. So usually we’re fine, fully showing our skills. Choi – another question. We get excited after win. But you guys are so calm. On purpose? Savior – not on purpose. But such ceremony culture needs to change. We’re just not used to expressing ourselves. Choi – I thought maybe you were being considerate for the loser. Savior – many players do ceremony.
04:54 DJ – but you guys are pros…don’t you practice the ceremony in front of a mirror or something? Bisu – some do. But for us…for me I’m shy…so I refrain. DJ – someone sang or danced for a ceremony? Was it you? Bisu – the proleague is going on. And I promised to my fans that if I reach a certain number of wins, I’ll do the dance. DJ – can we see the dance?
05:45 [Bisu dance] Park – sometimes I think they’re all geniuses…trained from the days they were kids. Good students and all…I wonder how they were as kids. DJ – Flash, you? Flash – for my school record…I think I’m in the upper-mid range. Park – anyone called you a genius? Flash – on the game… DJ – don’t go. We’re staying with these good looking progamers!
PART 3 (the third video that will be played from the embedded screen above)
DJ – big star special show is back, with Bisu, Savior and Flash. I was told that they’re gonna talk equivalent to how much they talk for a year! Is this a lot of talking for you guys? Bisu – we don’t get to talk much. Except for Group Selection. DJ – what do you talk about there? Bisu – a lot of stuffs. Choi – I showed some talents showing off there. Bisu – not three of us. DJ – Flash, did you do anything? Flash – not really DJ – I think you guys are popular but not that extrovert. But don’t you guys feel pressured too? Savior – like I was saying, it needs to be changed. Park – I think they’re more focused on games. DJ – Bisu, have you heard a fan saying you should be called a legendary revolutionist? Bisu – well…that’s a nickname. Maybe the fan likes it. Flash – yeah… DJ – wow your parents must treat you well.. Flash – yeah they cook me meats and stuffs… DJ – nowadays kids shouldn’t be scolded for playing games too much…Flash, what’s your monthly spending? Flash – I don’t spend that much…but my parents fill me up if I lack anything. DJ – wow…it’s amazing…usually people who don’t make a lot spend a lot! Savior, you? Savior – when I was young I did have allowances. But after I became pros I don’t lack anything. DJ – where do you usually spend money? Savior – like when I go out on holidays, for food. Hang out with friends at night. Park – you guys are young and have plenty of money…train me! DJ – Bisu, if you have a girlfriend, are you gonna spend a lot? Bisu – yeah…usually if I meet friends I’m the one who spends. DJ – would you spent on us? Bisu – yeah…sure… DJ – Flash…will you buy us dinner? Flash – sure… DJ – next up…let’s test their emotions…how about songs? Savior requested a song. Savior – usually when progamers practice they listen to music, but I don’t. So I don’t know what’s popular nowadays. DJ – can you sing just a little? Choi – please? Savior – [sing]
PART 4 (the fourth video that will be played from the embedded screen above)
00:10 DJ – when was the last time you kissed? Park – maybe Flash hasn’t had one…
00:15 Flash – not yet… DJ – Savior, when was the last kiss for you? Savior – can you ask about the first kiss instead? DJ – sure.
00:33 Savior – when I was 19. DJ – since then…none? How about you, Bisu? Three weeks ago? Bisu – …
00:55 DJ – you guys…show channels or humor channels? Savior/Bisu/Flash – show channels! DJ – hm…the star Han or the star Yi? Savior/Bisu/Flash – Yi. DJ – I see…she’s my rival…Flash, when do you want to have your first kiss?
01:20 Flash – maybe soon when I have a girlfriend. DJ – another question. Flash, what’s your ideal girlfirned? Flash – tall and cute. DJ – you, Bisu? Bisu – cute, nice, pretty. DJ – what if she’s cute and nice but not pretty? Bisu – that doesn’t matter. DJ – so it’s about the personality? Bisu – yeah. DJ – there are many types of prettiness, big-eyed Western style? Asian style? Bisu – that doesn’t matter…just a Korean style. DJ – but your look is an Western style Bisu – so people say. DJ – so, you like an Asian style? Bisu – yeah.
02:28 Savior – my ideal…like Ms. Yi…nice style… DJ – do I look nice? Savior – you do…but you’re somewhat tough. Choi/Park – yeah things you say to relax them are sometimes tough.
03:00 DJ – someone requested that…if you were to sing for a girl that you like, what would it be? Can you sing a litte, as if she’s here? Flash? Flash – …I have a song…”When I Want to See You”… but I don’t know all the lyrics [sing] Park/Flash – [sing] DJ – how cute!
04:28 DJ – you, Bisu? Bisu – I do have a song that I sing a lot…but I don’t know all the lyrics…”Darling”…[sing] DJ – another person asked that when do you wanna get married. Savior?
05:15 Savior – marriage…a bit late…I wanna be a progamer for a while. So maybe after that, and if I wanna do something else, do that too, and take marriage slowly. DJ – slowly…that’s good…another asked to Bisu…you’re known for a fast hand, how do you take care of your wrist? Bisu – yeah your wrist getting hurt is a job-related thing for progamers…I just do stretch every morning. And after practice too. DJ – aren’t there therapeutic things where you dip your hands and stuff? Bisu – it came to me once…but I didn’t know how to use it. DJ – I shall teach you! Another asked about the life in the team residence…don’t you wanna go home? Flash? Flash – yeah…I haven’t been home in six months…and I’m still young, a time to be with parents…but holidays are coming up. Choi – who cleans up in the residence? Flash – we hire people. For the practice area, each gamer cleans his place. Choi – any pecking order? Flash – we do have a team leader.
07:00 DJ – another asked…if it’s true that besides StarCraft, you suck at computer, Flash? Flash – yeah…I can’t even upload pictures…I do use Internet sometimes. DJ – you don’t even have a Cyworld? Flash – I used to, but I canceled it. DJ – I see…another asked that…you guys are popular and good-looking, how often do girls confess their love to you? Savior?
07:27 Savior – never… Park – just wait a litte! DJ – Bisu? Bisu – same with me…I don’t get to meet people a lot. Not really. Rarely. DJ – but fans do confess love right? Park – yeah they will come to you! Like asking to go eat ramen together. DJ – do you like ramen, Savior?
08:10 Savior – not really. Bisu – I eat it often. Flash – I’m a maniac!
08:23 DJ – Savior, you seem to take care of what you eat? Avoiding fast food like ramen? Savior – yeah. For my health. DJ – we’re already running out of time. Another asked how you guys take care of your body, sitting at computer all day.
08:52 Savior – each team has a fitness program. DJ – to wrap up, who wanna give the final word? Bisu – I thank you for inviting us. We feel like we didn’t talk much. It was a short time. If we have a chance we wanna talk for like two hours. I look forward to doing this again.
Thanks for the translation Husky! It looks like Flash should have been practicing for his match against Jaedong instead of talking on the radio though.

SDM mentioned in a cast once (with Artosis in Spirit, I believe) that Stork went into a slump before Incruit because he was playing WoW. According to him, Stork quit WoW to practice for Incruit and as we all know he finally got his gold medal. I wouldn't be surprised to hear that he introduced JangBi to the game after his three finals losses. They're probably rocking the 2s brackets in Arena on some Korean server. Or maybe 3s with FBH! lol

Though I guess there's a fine line.
I checked the original article again. July definitely praised Yellow[Arnc]'s ZvZ. July was talking about how in general some make fun of [NC]Yellow (not specific to the win against Bisu).
On July 04 2009 10:44 Kuja900 wrote: OMG lol everyone only talking about Flash yet we have a whole July interview here.

July is amazing. Legend. Great interview too, the old school players always want to hang out with players from other teams and debate about strategies. I remember during the bonjwa talk that is what Boxer kept insisting on. I'd love to see July take GOM. I think he has a decent chance if hes been keeping up on his game.
Sky_slasher I have gone through all the content on your page and its GREAT! Its all interesting for TL to visit. Great translations! There is so much SC related content in Korea which we miss out on because of the language barrier so I thank you so much for your the work you put in.
Please!...
Totally missed the July interview earlier - thanks for the translation, that was great. I especially liked the part where he offers to teach Yarnc and Luxury some ZvP ... man if other Zergs learned to ZvP like July, that would be some bad news for the Protoss players out there!
A significance of these pics is that many of them are straight from his personal camera, uploaded by himself. Just a glimpse of a regular human being that has been squeezed out of the extremely busy, crazy life (the last “regular” pic he uploaded was back in January…) that is a progamer.
DJ – Flash, you’re still in high school…and you make that much? Flash – yeah… DJ – wow your parents must treat you well.. Flash – yeah they cook me meats and stuffs…
Yeah the reason i started watching progameing in the first place and still is . For me JulyZerg is the player with the most style i don't care what others say . The reason why July is still a top zerg is his understanding of the game his mastery of mind games and having high APM for an old school player . His management of the hatcherys his macro and his micro is exceptional even now , thought he looks a bit rusty sometimes when it comes to mechanics July is esily up there with the best players .

BACKHO SAW THE STARGIRL SHOWER WITHOUT MAKEUP NAKED?
Also, why do Yeonji like gogo, she has strange tastes... I like Yeonji most, not because she's younger, but because she seemed a lot more knowledgeable in Starcraft and progaming than Un-ae.
TheRock was the ideal of the former stargirl(s)? Want to know more! And why is Jangbi a parrot?
This thread is packed with interesting progaming gossip and info. Thanks a LOT OP! Seriously the thread I've had most fun with reading/watching in months!

1) No BackHo didn't see her naked...after shower thing was just saying he saw her without makeup
2) I don't know exactly why a former StarGirl liked TheRock. But probably this is why + Show Spoiler +
3) Jangbi nicknamed a parrot...I guess he kinda looks like one?
4) The whole thing with she liking Go.go...I seriously think she didn't want any serious press op or anything like that so she just picked not-the-best looking (and funny) person...to avoid any serious interpretation of what she said...

He does not. Free makes more than him and I think Free is under 200k
Wasn't Free making only $6000/year only a year or two ago? That was really sad to hear. I'm glad he's making a lot now.
Yeah, this was during the time when Daezang had just been sent to the army, GGPlay was slumping just as badly he is now, and there was no ZerO to back him up. He had virtually no supporting cast and almost always had to win twice in a Proleague match for his team to win. I think some netizens or fans made signs of him saying "I want to eat meat T_T" because he was so underpaid for the results he brought to Hanbit at the time.
Extremely interesting comments by GARIMTO, surprised he even made them, because I was given the impression he wanted to distance himself away from e-Sports.

These are questions for everybody who loves eSports. In fact, they don't matter to progamers. 10 years old, 20 years old, 30 years old - except for eating, sleeping, and going to bathroom, they always practice - a scary type of people...
Way to put down people who care enough about the game to practice it all day, Garimto...
The heritage league is a really sad thing, I totally agree with Garimto, the first thing that popped into my mind when watching "The Wrestler" is its insane parallel with progaming, thats the sad truth, nice write up by Garimto, more people should read this. Thanks alot skyslasher your posts/translations are always interesting.

Garimto is implying that esports players who practice all day have no lives.
I respect Garimto tremendously, but he shouldn't bite the hand that fed him. I follow esports quite often and I could write some crap, but all I need to say is "what is he doing nowadays?"
Some interesting ideas from Garimto. Imagine it though: you spend all day gaming, practicing until your hands are numb, and the vast majority of progamers will never get to the top - and even those that do will find themselves inevitably slipping into irrelevancy within a few years, remaining famous, but struggling to compete at the same top level and living with the image of being a "has been". I can understand how he might feel bitter about the whole affair.
For fans, the Heritage League is great because it brings back nostalgic memories of the old legends once again duking it out, but for Garimto, perhaps it brings back memories that he would rather not reflect upon.

That felt kinda strange to read. I mean he's the guy who made a comeback after retirement and all that...not to mention he played a kickass game that he barely lost due to simply being out of shape and really slow. His game sense was still damn A-mazing.

^not any more.
in any case, he gave one of the most awesome esports interviews in GOM where he talks highly about esports and how he wants to branch out and do other things. for those that are interested:
i'm hoping that he's not putting down progamers, but just the lifestyle where they do have to spend the vast majority of the day practicing.

Garimto's got a point, what other sports that requires pros to practise practically with every hour of their free time? even professional football, basketball, soccer or any other sports players doesn't practise with EVERY hour of their time, and restricted by time and schedule to even see their families, in fact the high burnout rate of pro-gamers is more than evident enough for this, Michael Jordan dominated more than a decade no? Michael Schumacher practically owned everyone till he retires after more than a decade of racing no?
How long did a reign of a single Bonjwa lasted?
Is this the E-Sports we're all so wanted dearly to see? having pro-gamers becoming the slaves to provide us great matches to watch? imo, no doubt that SC is a great game, but also it required too much mechanical skills and practise to be able to consistently to produce great results, like for example, unit pathings are BAD and certain units are so buggy and retarded to control them is like a set of skills in their own rights, which is absolutely unnecessary AT ALL if the game pathings and AI were alot better. I think we all know what sitting in front of a computer playing games all day long every day of the week does to your physical health.
Hopefully in SC2, with stuff like MBS, Auto-mine/repair, better pathings makes it alot easier for pro-gamers, i' not saying make the game ezmode that reduce the skill level to downies level, but make it so its easier for gamers to execute their strategies, Strategic plays produces the most entertaining games. don't make it so hard for them.

I know! If it was really Heritage, only RETIRED progamers should've been invited...I mean the first progamer? The first really popular legend before Boxer SSamJang? The Zerg legend ChoJJa? How about Grrrr...? I mean the list goes on, and maybe it was too hard to track down these guys...
Boxer is somebody that if you’re a Terran player – if you’re a progamer at all – you wanna beat. I do wanna beat the Emperor of Terran. I’ve got confident with my TvT lately, so I think I can pull win.

I think any match she has against anyone in this league, her chances are slim for winning.
Although I gotta give her mad respect for the amount of practice she puts in. 12-14 hours a day? Damn...
Tossgirl was way before my time. I've never seen any of the old female SC games. Still, I've heard she pretty much dominated. Wish she could win a couple of games to show that girl gamers can achieve something.
Wow, lets cheer for her, because she trains like every other progamer now. :-D I think she will get destroyed by all in the group. Also, those are some very bad photos.
Just noticed, I wonder why you didn't translate the bit about ESWC. She mentions IdrA. Here is my very dodgy attempt:
At the last ESWC, I was really disappointed. Against Super, I had the confidence to win with [normal] safe play. So I prepared several strategies to use against IdrA. As it turned out though, the game against Super was played on stage and since it was a long time since I had played on stage, I wanted to use a cool strategy [So, she used up the strategies she had prepared for IdrA against Super]... If I think about it now, I really, really wonder what would have happened if I had used the prepared strategies against IdrA. In this [Heritage] League, I will try my best to recover my pride.

Ah I remember that. But if he offers translations like this and for example and the radio one, I think it deserves a thread of its own. I understand if he posts one or two liners and then puts a link, but these are solid and good translations, worthy of a thread, with or without him trying showing a link to his site.

I know! The only reason I can think of is July is still good enough??
And I don't understand why AnyTime is in either. Let's look at the rational for the 10 people:
Boxer/Nada/Oov/Savior - Bonjwas, ok Reach/Kingdom/Nal_rA - Legendary Protoss Trio, ok [NC]Yellow - if you look at stats only this guy is good as any Bonjwa (except not winning any title...)...plus the most famous rivalry in professional StarCraft scens, [NC]Yellow vs Boxer, ok TossGirl - the best female, ok AnyTime - one OSL win, very good Protoss, ok???
July - 5 finals (same number as Oov), Golden Mouse (only two so far, him and Nada)
love the sparkyz group talk translation. glad one of them is going to make the final but i worry the extra stress of having to play each other will mess with their proleague performance.
hoping for a jaedong vs leta finals but i'm doubting that leta can get past yellow after reading this.
thanks for the translation... i like this interview makes it more contemporary and comradery like talk. Their a funny bunch, cant help but laugh XD. Whoever comes out on top better win this tourney. For Sparkyz.
Incredibly huge thanks to you for the epic translation of the Hite OSL group. It is crazy how they all are so determined to win proleague and the OSL and can't seem to find a balance.
Awesome interview. Thanks a lot skyslasher, best interview yet. Great to see that Yarnc is the top dog in practice (ZvT wise anyways, which is what he needs in this tourney). Looking forward to their games, OGN players have the sickest ZvT/TvZ of all the teams, and if they get to the finals theyll give the other finalist a ride for their money, except if the guy is called Jaedong, then they are pretty much fucked no matter what they do.
