I had actually decided *not* to go to Proleague today, but I was on the subway coming back from Samsung and the overwhelming urge to go to OGN struck (as usual.) I arrived only 15 minutes late and didn't even miss the opening match.
After the games were concluded I had a fun photoshoot with a very chatty Yoon Yeongtae (Free.) who was kind enough to help me down from the ledge we were shooting on despite his own giggling and the fanclub members watching us working.
In between photo shoots Free, GGplay (GGplay and I like the same song ^_^ ) and ZerO were kind enough to write messages for the ProGamer Connection project which is currently running for TL.net.
Also after a long wait (post-interview.) I had the pleasure of working with Kim Myungwoon (ZerO) for the second time (Free is on his third photo shoot with me now.) The adorable player was happy to pose despite getting hit with water droplets coming down from a place I asked him to stand under (oops.)
Thank you to Woongjin Stars head coach for his kind permission for these photos/messages and the players who helped out today. I hope you enjoy the results;
Fan meeting photos will be posted within two hours There are no event photos today because I wanted to focus on my shoots (I'm feeling a bit unwell today.)

What do you have to do to get all these great photo shoots with all these players..?
For me it's been a combination of getting hired freelance for IEG (eSTRO) and some other places plus over a year of practical experience shooting gamers from press positions at OGN/MBC and GOM. Also the help and wonderful support of all the head coaches, managers and players I've worked with (plus the support of everyone on TL too.) I think I was just in the right place, at the right time with a very high level of determination to produce decent photographic/written coverage of Korean Esports (not just SC.) It's all really developed from that. (Also Lee Sungeun/Firebathero had a big role in helping me get started doing individual/group photo shoots back in 2008.)
Thanks guys:
~ Yes, Free has cut his fringe bluntly this time instead of longer on one side. ~ I'm going to do Piano next time if possible. Today I really wanted to work with two up-beat gamers who know my shooting style. ~ We were talking about Free's nails (and laughing over my surprise at them.) He has very pretty and delicate hands.
