Realistically you can be D and know what to do, which is the beauty of BW, sure i can say, i can go siege expo and not die to 10/15 gate or something. Or Protoss is taking a fast 3rd, i should timing push before his gateways are up, but actually being good enough to do it is a completely diff story from knowing how to do it.
You could be D and provide a wealth of information, but cant execute it because you arent good enough basically.
