1. hatch first or overpool (hatch first will have zerglings by 2.50 min whereas overpool first will have zerglings by 2.30 or so.) 2. how many zerglings (0-6). 3. first 100 gas for lair (20 seconds after he starts mining, he should tech to lair). If no lair, might be metabolic speed first (ling all-in) or hydra den somewhere (3 hatch hydra hits around 5.15 min (timing varies on whether he waits for both upgrades etc). 4. Zerg can decide to make lings at any time, so you really just need to keep your probe alive until speed. Most important location to be scouting is just between natural and main. After scouting third with probe send it back as soon as possible to his natural/main.

One thing he didn't mention is drone count. If his drone count is weirdly low, he's either a noob or he's hiding lings somewhere. Always err in the side of caution. When you watch and play more games you'll know when things are going on normally (normal macro game) and when something is fishy (lair is late, weirdly low drone count) or you'll just flat out scout the important tech, like the den without lair. Be careful though, some zergs can be tricky and kill your probe when it's in their main while teching to lair at the nat :D

also, I'm not a fan of noting "ingame time" as any kind of resource. Play a lagger or a newb and all your calculations are way off. You start to actually read the clock rather than the game. There's a reason you try to look at the supply count if you're not a Korean progamer-ish person with LAN connection at hand.
