for PvP i think it's pretty much preference either 2 gate zealot or 1 gate core. Both have their advantages and disadvantages. Similarly both can win games and give you open options. for PvT. I can't give any solid advice cause I suck. ^_^ I'm no expert but I hope it helps.

You'll also practice your zealot micro a lot, which will pay off in the long run. I thought about maybe going this route but I find it difficult knowing exactly when I can no longer put on aggression. I probably don't want to lose all my zealots either... Also how much is over committing? Is there a point where it's like "dude you've made way too many zealots that now can't do anything...delaying your expansion for no reason..." So when would you say is the right time to pull back and transition back into your defensive tech up posture? (also when are you throwing down your nexus typically?) sorry for the barrage of questions some of these could be answered myself of course but I figured I might as well just ask everything while I'm at it : P

Its basically a forge fast expand but you get 2 gateways after the nexus and start pumping zealots. Then you pressure botth the zergs 3rd and natural at the same time. It looks pretty awesome and produced some fantastic games. It is both aggressive and economical. This play requires you to delay long enough to get your Sairs out or enough cannons in your mineral line.

For PvP: 2 gate reaver would be ok. Alternatively, something I think you will love is 3 gate goon with observer. You attack with 10 goons and 1 obs. You might also like dt expand. Its very solid opener. Get 3 goons from 1 gate then 2 dts, then forge and nexus, storm and 3 high templar. Go to 6 gate and obs midgame. For PvZ: standard is forge expo then 1 star, then citadel. I recommend it. But you want more aggressive so you two good options. Forge expo then 3 gate zealot. Use them aggressively while getting 2 stargates and sairs. Or the other way around sort of, you go forge expo then 2 star straight away and go overlord hunting. I recommend to follow up with 6 gates on 2 base regardless of how successful you are.

Btw, are there any tournamnets in Vancouver? Or Canada now? I play to get back to the game. I played SC2, but it's just not the same as the original classic....

If Terran went barracks expo (or cc first) you double expo with only the 6 goons. If Terran opens with factory, you expo then 3rd gate and obs. It (sort of) really is that simple. Well I hesitate to use the word simple when talking about any pro build order but yeah, its powerful. I highly recommend it. It was a very common opener in 2012 pro games. There were 3 particularly common goon build order openings at that time. Goon openings are the best. This is the most aggressive of the three. i remember playing 10/15 into dts, expo fast arbiter skipping observer till 3rd.
