Nice trick played by MBC. Hite probably expected Light to pop out first, as he did in the last match for MBC, so Snow, the pvt specialist comes out. Then MBC successfully counter-snipes with Sea! It could still backfire though, since Light isn't as clutch as Sea when it comes to ace matches.

Hite coach should have known that Light seldom plays on Benzene.
With the way Sea has been playing in this MU, I don't think Movie should be much of a threat as long as Sea plays safe. Sad we won't get both Hydra and Leta today.
Really sad that the coach doesn´t give both Leta and Hydra the chance to still win the series... I still think Movie isn´t too bad, but the other two are way stronger at the moment...
Damnit. Was hoping either Leta or Hydra would appear moreso Hydra for the sake of my main team but I guess they're thinking that Light/Sea's effectiveness vZ is too worrisome.

Yeah, that lineup makes no sense. They are both too good atm to just sit outside.
Damn you hite manager, sending Movie instead of Hydra !! The former is in my AT and the other in my FPL... I'm really scared right now, i hope mbc hero can snipe Movie right away.
Movie catches Tyson with a much smaller army! Gets away with minimal damage though
Now the tables are turned and Tyson catches Movie out of position, Movie loses several goons! Both pull back and bring over their reavers for a mexican standoff
Movie reaver drops Tyson's nat, gets 3-4 probes with a single scarab and bails in the shuttle
Both get up their third, Movie at the 9, Tyson at the 3
Movie sneaks a dt into Tyson's main! Cleared up quickly
Movie sends in another dt snipes 2 high temps still running around in Tyson's main! Finally it dies after racking up 6 kills, all high temps and probes
Hogil!? Really, HOGIL? Isn't Hite down 1-3? Do they really think HOGIL is going to get 3 kills?
Coaches sure do love to troll, don't they? Leta or Hydra would've been an excellent choice... but HOGIL? One of the most mediocre players around? ...Fail coaching is fail.
what the god damn fuck hentus, snow / bbyong / movie / hogil, you know you have hydra and leta on your roster right? ugh. probably they just assigned people to practice for specific situations and then those situations came up.
LOL at all the hate, the same thing happened when it was up to skyhigh to face all of OZ (at the time skyhigh was a no name with like... no games played)
You never know what the inner power of an entusman holds. (although it could be nothing :o )
Hogil is in pretty good form. Hite needs a second zerg so they want to develop him. Sure both Hydra and Leta would've been superior choices, but I guess the Hite coach figured it more important to think of the future.
Han has some really nice storms this game but his reaver escorting is pretty bad. He's breaking into Hogil's natural with a huge doom ball so this shouldn't last much longer.
That match was just thrown. Why would a team/coach ever do that? It doesn't help anybody, really.
Leta is in solid form, his 5 losses were against great players and before that he was on a winning streak. Why not give him the chance? And what abotu Hydra? Why would you let a guy in such a good form not play.

This is not the Loser's League ffs.
Leta and Hydra could've made a whole lot of difference, but I think neither of them could take down Light. Guess the coaches figured once Sea got his two wins and Snow lost that there was no way for Hite to win so they wanted to give other players some play time.
Holy crap a lot of you don't get Winner's League. You know why your super special ace player wasn't sent? Probably because he didn't practice on that map. As much as you guys think your aces are always the better choice, the coaches choose certain players for a reason. Hogil had probably specifically practiced ZvP on that map and was their best shot at even getting to the next map. Sending out your best players doesn't mean much if they haven't prepared at all for the matchup, much less the map.
Hite probably expected to get more than 1 kill before they got to the maps where Leta had practiced more. Hydra might've mainly practiced ZvT and ZvZ because MBC is focused primarily on hyun/sea/light. I almost guarantee you this is the case and that is why, in this situation. Hogil was the guy who had practiced PvZ for this map and had the most practice on every map after this one.
Certain players can eek out wins with minimal practice, but Leta definitely isn't THAT talented, especially in TvP.

I agree with most of what you say except that MBC tosses have won almost equal the number of games this season as Sea/Light. I think the real reason for Hydra practicing mostly ZvT is that he plays Classic next in MSL while Hogil has focused on ZvP because he had to play Snow.

Actually no, since it's the unique feature of Winner's League that compels players to practice on most of the maps in the pool so they can get as many kills as possible. Dont tell me Leta and Hydra only practiced for the Set 6 and 7 maps because they werent sent on Set 5 which is the only possible way to redeem the match.

Your probably right that hogil was practicing for this map, but that strategy wasn't going as planned. The coach must have a plan B and I don't think that involved hogil running the table.
Oh dear. I just read from Sea/Tyson's interviews that ZerG[kaL]'s (current MBC and former SKT player) father passed away in a car accident today before the match started.
lol when I was replaying these matches earlier there was a blurb at the bottom of the stream about tonight's games (Khan vs Oz) and it was saying something about Jangbi, probably "will he continue to stop suxing or was that a one time thing?! SWL 13:00!"

Actiually yes. It's very likely that Leta hadn't practice TvP for that map.
