Why? because all he ever does is either cheese or be abusive. Add to that his superpower of taking any game he plays and magically making it boring by the end and you have a player thats not hard to hate.
Like when he tried to cheese Violet last SPL finals, and then refused to gg.

That game was hilarious.
Also, while we're hating on Canata, I'm just going to throw this travesty out there.

I don't remember correctly but was that the 1 game with the nukes?I haven't seen much of his games recently but "all he ever does is cheese" .World must have change alot..I remember people hating on him before because he aways played standart and boring and never took any risky moves.
No it was Canata trying to proxy a rax inside Violet's main. Violet spots it and Canata lifts it out of there, while building a second proxy rax outside. Violet spots that too. Then Canata tries to turtle unsuccessfully as Violet stomps his cheesy ass.

January: Stork, you know we're trying to lose this match, right? Stork: No problem. I have this all figured out. January: So how are you going to do it? Stork: It's Canata. He'll try to abuse the ledge or cheese definitely. I'll just make sure to scout late and I expand quickly and not build a robo. That way no matter what BO he chooses, he'll easily destroy my natural. January: But remember it's Canata. He's horrible. What's your follow-up to ensure your loss? Stork: I'll rebuild my natural near his main. That way he can harass that expansion easily too. Stork: And when he has killed enough of my economy and push out, I'll run my entire army into his tank line and lose. January: Excellent plan. You are truly the flawless commander.
Actual Game
Stork: Everything's working perfectly. His harassment worked really well. And I'm sure he's built up quite a fleet of tanks during that time. Now's my timing to run my entire army into his seige line and lose.
Stork pushes into Canata's seige line and easily destroy all of Canata's units.
If you start casting Recall, it always finishes unless the Arbiter dies. The graphic appears first over the recalled units and then at the target location, so it can look like you landed an EMP in time even though in reality Recall already went off.

really? almost all mech switches i've seen lately have gotten owned. sk terran seems a lot more successful. but it becomes a problem once zerg gets to 4 gas and ultras pop.

well in his defence it kind of got to the stage where he didn't give a shit about losing vessels or groups of M&M because he was so far ahead. reality isn't awful but yeah, i don't think he has much potential.

I felt like he was a bit Fantasyish. I mean just because you're ahead you don't throw away vessels or have medic groups miles away from rines.
Also i don't think gg timing was that bad. Z was 2 base to T only on a fresh 3rd base. It's ridiculous disadvantage but you never know. If instead of wasting money on ultras to die he went back for single annoying lurkers under swarm and scourge on the sloppy vessel play, he could have done something at least. It was unlikely but you don't gg there, i wouldn't.

january seems to think he does
i noticed. at least he's playing better than he used to. i always wondered why january was sending reality like every winners league game and he would always go 0-1.

meh you're probably right about the sloppy play
but the gg timing was absolutely awful. remember he had no army as well. the last 10 minutes were just ggaemo getting shoved around :/
Yeah Khan!! yes that Khan win the playoffs! Reality, Stork, JangBi and the new Khan zerg Byul! When did Chavi go to ace?! Why wasn't i informed of this!?
