I think the observer snipes by the Goliaths really helped Mong in that engagement. Mines and Tanks proceeded to carve him up after that.
Recalling onto mines doesn't help either. I felt Rain was going real good until that moment.

He lost because of poor executed or anticipated by Mong dt rush and consequent mine walking entire game. And the last attack was pretty bad. Yeah and he said in the interview that he wanted quick games because he was not feeling good. Mindgames i guess, because he did in fact try a dt rush.

I think there's a lot of good and bad things about it...both players making huge and small mistakes combined with some really brilliant drop play. Was very weird, but I guess overall enjoyable to watch? Yes, the Mong - Rain game was entertaining mostly due to Rain skill (first half of the game) allowed this to last that long. Imagine it was Flash.

It was very odd. On top of what everyone said, I also think it's the map that pros as a whole haven't yet settled with.

I'm a little late but Mong vs Best sounds like a pretty good point to tune in.

This map feels so tough for protoss if T plays it correctly.

Damn, why does Best play proxy against Mong too?

So many players forget to scout that exp on this map.

Rain's skill or Mong's skill? The game should have been over when Rain attacked with his goons vs those unsieged tanks, Mong held that attack really well and just surpassed him via mechanics. He constantly had more supply and took his 4th before Rain did.
