and this one was pretty much doomed after i read others in this thread say that this organisation had a shady background in other games too.

That's what gets me, why create such a great picture if you knew you didn't have the funds to actually support the team? Did management think a bunch of sponsors would come rushing in when they saw the names?

So they just banned blackfoger for this stuff ... Can someone explain to me how this is different? I'm not perfectly familiar with Apex. blackfoger had a very well documented and extensive history of screwing teams over. From what I can see, before sc2 Apex was primarily a console based org. So they may have a reputation in that scene but they're basically unknown here. Either way, we need a website/group that tracks such shady organizations. That way players have a better chance of not getting screwed over.

this team lasts 20 days...

A reputation for scamming them. Yes. So, it's basically the same haha. Of course, blackfoger has a much longer history, but scamming is still scamming. It's intrinsically bad and should definitely be either dealt with or publicized accordingly.

It was a good run guys. Keep your heads up. Apex's legacy will live on. LOL.

Yeah, a new team has fallen.

I feel bad for the ex-oGs players. Getting disbanded twice... they deserve better.

Bad decisions have consequences. There was already plenty of history with this ApeX team to know that they were no good; you need to do your homework before entering a deal.

They should have spent less money on promotional posters and more money on promises.
I have a question: what the fuck do these teams think is going to happen? If you have no money and you're promising to send players to international tournaments, the shit is going to hit the fan and relatively quickly.
I am honestly curious. Do they just start teams and make promises with zero backing or funding to speak of? That takes some balls. What a joke.
