Hi everyone,
I'm having a problem while trying to stream (i'm absolutely clueless when it comes to streaming and setting up all the stuff correctly...)
After 1-2 minutes streaming, i'm getting a frame drop error that cause my stream to shutdown.
It look like this:

I have a pretty bad internet and after running some test here's what my download/upload speed look like:
dl: 10.65 mbps ul: 0.96 mbps
Pretty sure i should lower the quality but i don't know how :\
Can i even stream with that speed? lol
thx

and u are using 1000 kb to stream, maybe try to use less, like 640 kb for video and less for audio .

for MP3 set V6, for H.264 set 600 or 500 kb/s bitrate. You using medium preset, thats require good CPU like Intel i5
|
Thanks for the answer guys!
Switched to 600 kb/s and all seems to work great (well at least, for the 5 minutes test that i did)
ty!

Still dropping but it takes longer this time ;;
What should i do? should i put preset to lower?
|
|
Or is there other software to stream that could fix this?
|
well is cuz the program is requiring more upload, try limit the audio a bit.

What is the difference between MP3 and AAC?
Could it help if i change it to AAC 240?
Or keeping it to mp3 but switching to mono instead of stereo at 220-260 kbps?
sorry i'm a total noob at these things lol

rofl it was on 'very slow' because i thought it would use less upload or something like that haha.
Do you think that might of played a part in the problem? lol
