In order to make the global CS:GO calendar more fluid, and with the Dreamhack Cluj-Napoca announced yesterday as the next Valve’s Major, the ESWC has decided to postpone its own $80K international CS:GO tournament to a later date. We wish the teams and organisers good luck for this event which looks outstanding. We are already working on a new international event, which will soon be announced.
However, to ensure that the live audience’s and French community’s expectations are met, the ESWC will take this opportunity to organise a large CS:GO tournament exclusively reserved to the best French teams, titled PGW OPEN. The event will feature usual competition conditions: a dedicated area with PCs being supplied, matches and finals on the main stage, a players’ lounge and media coverage.
To take part in this tournament, featuring a $15K prize pool, you can send your application through this dedicated CS:GO form.
