Season 2 of the ESL ESEA Pro league is underway! With ESEA covering the North American Pro league and ESL covering the European Pro league, $125,000 is up for grabs for both divisions, alongside an invite to the offline LAN finals later this year.
The group stage will be best of ones and in a round robin format, with every team playing against each other. The details for qualifying for the offline LAN finals have not been released yet, so stay tuned for that!
Europe: Ninjas in Pyjamas, Fnatic, Virtus.pro, Team EnVyUs, Team SoloMid, HellRaisers Natus Vincere, Team Dignitas, Titan, SK Gaming PENTA Sports, Mousesports
North America: 3sUP Enterprises, Luminosity Gaming, Sponsorless, Team Liquid, Mythic Counter Logic Gaming, Cloud9, compLexity Gaming Orgless, Method, Enemy, FolloweSports.com
People in twitch chat are saying that Liquid's hacks haven't been updated, so this is why they are doing poorly. They were down 5-10 against 3sUp before the match was rescheduled and now they got dominated by Conquest on train 6-16.
It is a bit strange. Liquid seemed unstoppable in the IBuypower Invitational, which they won. They also qualified for the PGL and Dreamhack Stockholm. All of a sudden after the update, Liquid can't aim and get any kills.
Do you guys think Liquid didn't take these matches seriously or is there some truth to the twitch chat's accusation that Team Liquid are cheaters?
edit- Some are saying Liquid did poorly because they haven't adapted to the updated, yet. But that doesn't explain how Conquest and 3sUp adapted so quickly.

conquest and 3sup had riflers that used to use the a4. Everyone on liquid except for hiko only used the A1. But Liquid's performance online always jumps up and down :/

WELL they did win a Pistol round so somethings working.
They got out rifled pretty hard and the B takes were very stale on T. Conquest also seemed like they did some homework because they basically got a free kill pushing out on ivy every time they tried it and liquid always worked it harder than mid and pop dog. Something i disagree with looking at the way VP play it.
Fugly and Nitro were playing like ass too, not winning duels, getting caught out or not reading flanks. It was just a bad bad bad day.
