This is not the "belittle other users while ignoring the thread topic" thread
Keep that in mind when considering what you post here. Also keep the TL.net 10 commandments in mind.
Thanks.

hopefully you aren't talking about a good team because he isn't good enough to join a top 2 france team.

I'd say Sergej is gonna be there atleast. Maybe they'll get Aleksib and Ottond from Havu too. Other possibilities are Juho and most of the Superjymy roster. Or maybe they got random dudes or some old guys. We'll see.

You can fanboy it away all you want, Rez and Draken have more upside than Flusha for sure, JW will have his moments. Even Lekro is better than JW and flusha atm. I mean the bottom line is, Swedes arent elite level anymore for a while now. They are just dark horses. oh yeah?

Yeah? Dark Horses can win tournaments, that is literally what the term implies.

Mind you, I have no problem with them becoming elite level again either but unless there is some consistency I dont think anyone will be calling them elite still. Think about it, NIP still more tournament wins than Fnatic in the last 2 years and they are just as inconsistent as ever you still wouldnt call either elite.

Sure, fnatic is a dark horse. What I was hinting at was that maybe you shouldnt be so sure of youre own ability to judge how good teams or players are when you just called a player down and out days before he has arguably one of the most impressive runs in counter strike history.

There are lots of "one of the most impressive runs" in counterstrike history.
Having an opinion and it being proven wrong on occasion is hardly cause to lose faith in an ability to judge. Im sorry if you think its a "be right 100 percent of the time or opinion is worthless line of thinking"
I cant say I agree with such sentiments. There is little evidence besides this tournament win in the last two years of any performance of note from Fnatic. I have no problem with being wrong either, I like the fact that there are so many teams that can put together winning runs.
Crawling out after the fact with a "lol you know nothing noob" sort of tone is pretty weak imo. Where was your mouth when they crashed out without a win at starladder in 3 bo3s? That was the time to defend them. Not now.
On a more cautionary note, Its one thing to win, its another to keep winning. Theres only two teams that have achieved that in the last couple of years. And some until last week, hadn't won at all.

Wew, been a while since I updated this. Lots of exciting changes.
Mixwell in G2 and NBK leading will be really interesting going forward. EnVyUs new lineup with their five rifles looks also interesting in that regard, yet another team changing their approach of the AWP. TaZ potentially leading another polish squad may finally spark some movement in the polish scene who's been pretty lackluster outside of VP (and let's not talk about their own form...) Xizt potentially joining Fnatic is a big disappointment, considering what Golden achieved just a week ago. I don't think it'll really push them higher than that, and I'm puzzled to see Fnatic bank on a rather old (for the sport) player instead of trying to develop younger talents, although it's allegedly an issue with Golden that has nothing to do with the game, whatever that means... :|

Allu getting picked up by ence should be listed on front page as well.
