I tested weapon behaviour quite extensively, and CSGO has the most accurate weapons in almost every aspect. Try firing single shots with ~1second break between each shot. You will find that "first shots" are by far the most accurate in CSGO. Feel free to test it for yourself.

Shooting Accuracy: Go fire up cs 1.6 and try to write with a straight face that there's first bullet perfect accuracy. 1.6 hitboxes were bigger + the weapon switch bug made it seem like rifles were more accurate but there were plenty of rng hits and misses. The inaccuracy is to create effective ranges for weapons. Some people have suggested damage falloff over distance, which would make the game fundamentally not counter-strike anymore. Hitboxes: They should alter the models not arbitrarily make some character's hitboxes bigger than others. These persecution complex posts are so fucking tedious at this point.
