If liquid wins, its tiebreakers! Unfortunate though, it doest look like they can pull through.

Anyone knows how those three "advancers" are put against the region winners?

But on a more serious note than my last post, i really feel this 4 day marathon format is very punishing for a wildcard team and deserves to be criticised a lot. I also think that not having any time for preperation is a big disadvantage for a team like Liquid because i think this is one of their strenght as a team. The format is something that's for sure. "At least they're trying something new." It does add to the feeling of "every game matters" as the teams playing don't have time to consider which games are relatively more important. Also in the event that there are teams within a game or two of each other, the last series does add to the drama. I disagree with Liquid being disadvantaged from the format though. Yes they're a team pretty good at prep, but I think the team with fewer cheese/unconventional drafts would much rather have time to prep. I'm sure Liquid gets a lot of mileage out of prep work, but I think most teams can get more against them. I think it hurts more for a team like Alliance (of course, hindsight 20/20). Alliance proved they could do well given a week to prep but here, clearly they would've liked more time to adapt.
