I mean, true, not every finale has to have a death, but I felt like this was almost just another plot builder episode, usually I feel like there's more of a punch than that. Morgan showed up, we're introduced to next season's bad guys, a few of Rick's group gets some character development, and Rick proves (or is proven by the walkers/Pete) that Alexandria needs him. There wasn't like a big moment of "holy shit I can't wait for next season!". Just my feelings after.

Discussing the show and past episodes is fine. Do not put things that have happened in the TV series in spoilers. However, don't spoil things from the books that may happen in future episodes. Put book spoilers in spoiler tags with a CLEAR WARNING that it is from the book.

I mean sure, there's nothing nail biting happening at the moment, but a good finale leaves you wanting more, not desperate to see the finish to something it decided not to end earlier.

Not sure seeing rick execute someone is going to make it the reunion they were hoping for. Great episode/Season though. Glen getting shot was enough for my heart, I didn't need any main character deaths. I would of been fine with the priest dying though.

Also Abraham's line "Rick knows every grain of that shit... and then some.." He's kinda my favorite character now

just had to say this while watching. Dat Triple Kill Headshot. edit: okay, finished watching. Good season finale. had Gabriel died, i would have been convinced it's some sort of running gag by the TWD writers to kill off and leave only 1 black guy and would soon name him Token (like in South Park). For some reason, I thought of Lord of the Flies when I was watching this episode. Looking forward to next season. Might just skim through the comics synopses to see what's potentially in stall for next season

And dat Darly triple kill with the chains. Marvel should cast him to be Ghost Rider. I'm very excited to see the interaction between Rick and Morgan. Morgan is a different man since the last time they bumped into each other. I can see Morgan bringing back the Rick he knew. I mean, their reunion isn't exactly what Morgan had in mind since he saw Rick execute Pete lol.

great season with not nearly as many boring/meh episodes as the previous seasons. do walkers go silent when nothing is around them? surely they could have heard the walkers in the trucks with how many there were.

I thought they were gearing up for one of those 10 minute cram a whole bunch of action to tie lose ends up stupidly fast thing but they didn't. the only negative comment i would say is that having glenn escape from under two walkers while having a gunshot wound is not something you simply just say was handled off screen On March 30 2015 16:31 malcram wrote: not gonna read the last few posts because spoilers. just had to say this while watching. Might just skim through the comics synopses to see what's potentially in stall for next season they might as hell have killed him as he's the most useless character in the main group. they've not taken the time to develop much of him beyond he's sad that he locked out his people and others. His character has never developed beyond that. I feel like he existed just to be a dumbshit in alexandria. More plot device than character, but even that's not true because he really wasn't even that aside from getting them in the churchi n the first place. Weird character

Her character development has been the best by far throughout the entire show. I thought for sure they were going to kill off Maggie given how little screen time she had this season and Glenn's issues with that guy.
