Sons of Anarchy is an American television drama series created by Kurt Sutter about the lives of a close-knit outlaw motorcycle club operating in Charming, a fictional town in Northern California. The show centers on protagonist Jackson "Jax" Teller (Charlie Hunnam), the Vice President of the club who begins questioning the club and himself.
It stars some pretty amazing actors including Katey Sagal (a.k.a Peg Bundy) and Ron Perlman (a.k.a HellBoy). It is currently in its 3rd season but FX Networks has already signed it on for a 4th.
I am from Canada so I don't get to watch it live every Tuesday night but I've been following it online at Cast TV. Ive been meaning to make a post for a long time but after watching the latest episode, I just had to share this with this awesome community. This show is absolutely UNREAL!
I highly suggest this series to anyone and everyone. I have countless girl-friends who absolutely LOVE this show as well. It has alot of action to keep any male entertained and enough drama to make it interesting for the ladies. Not to mention how incredible Katey Sagal does in this series. She really shows off her acting capabilities in a serious role that I've never seen her do before.
My friends and I love this so much we actually dressed up as them for Halloween. It was epic, maybe some pics to follow.
I can't believe no one created a post for this show!!

This show is phenominal, Jax is great, but I think my favorite character is Ron Perlman. I loved him in Hellboy and in this show. I'm trying to think of what else is was in that i recognize him from. I'll edit this post when I remember.

I like it, none of the characters are straight up bad, which is kinda rare. My favorite character is probably Clay, he seems like a believable badass.
I think the show has become worse ever since... + Show Spoiler +They went to Ireland. Judging from the last episode they should be heading home soon.
EDIT:
I'm trying to think of what else is was in that i recognize him from. He's almost more badass than Blade himself in the 2nd movie!

Tuesday's episode just took the show to another level IMO

I can't really take bikers seriously anymore after watching that South Park episode "The 'F' Word". I grew up near Cherokee, NC and they have Harley Rallies a couple times a year, so I've always felt the same way the South Park guys feel about bikers. But I have heard a lot of great things about this show, been getting a hell of a lot of status updates on facebook about it. Guess I'll have to bruh bruh bruh and check it out.

Been watching since season 1. Haven't started this season's episodes yet, though. I hope it's better than season 2 because that arc felt really over hyped.

+ Show Spoiler +It was a cliche arc but I loved how powerful Jemma's character was during the entire season. The episode where she sits ClayJax down and tells them still gives me the chillies even after multiple times.
As for the hate of the Third Season in Ireland, I totally disagree. I read Kurt Sutter's blog before the season started and he stated he wanted to show the Sons out of their element. In season 1 and 2, it seemed almost as if nothing could stop them. They were invincible in their fortress of Charming but the third season takes them to a place where the same rules don't apply. Each episode although not as action packed as the first couple of seasons have let me sitting on the edge of my seat with excitement. The last episode was amazing.

I am gonna be so fucking pissed if they went all the way to + Show Spoiler +ireland just to leave able there

I plan on watching the latest episode tommorow morning.
+ Show Spoiler +I wouldn't mind that much if Abel is actually left in Ireland. It fits in with the first/second season's arc of Jax wanting change for the club. The priest nailed it on the head when he said John failed at saving his son from the club but Jax can.
I also think tha Chibs will stay and become the new President of Belfast chapter. He doesn't want his daughter to leave Ireland and they are obviously in need of a new president. He is the perfect fit.

Latest episode...
+ Show Spoiler +Had my favorite scene so far! The scene where Jackson is watching Abel with the man and woman who were supposed to have him was a real tear jerker. What happens to them later on makes it even worse. I knew it was coming, but still great stuff.

I love SoA. Easily the best show on TV right now. Right up there with older great shows such as the wire and the shield imo. Every single person I've recommended this series to has eventually (not always right away) come back to me and said they loved it.

cYaN, same with me. I have literally corrupted over 50 people in my circle at work and friends to love this show.
The latest episode is actually unreal. This show is sooooo bad ass.
+ Show Spoiler +I cant wait to see what they do to Salazar when they get back stateside, not to mention Jimmy O with the Irish. Do you guys think they will leave it unknown whether Kellen Ashby actually gets murdered or will Jimmy brag about it before he is turned over to the ATF

This show is amazing. I can't wait for the club to get back and wreak havoc on all the BS that's been goin down. Hopefully Tara makes it too :p

I don't know, it started out ok but then the story got all messed up, even though they are an outlaw bikie gang that deals guns and kills people they are also somehow unite a town to fight against the aryan gang and the police helps them and everyone ends up being friendly, i call bullshit on that, it became too much of a fairytale

+1, It doesent make sense at all anymore. Dont like the characters and the whole show is just second class. Watched season 1, 2 and like 8 episodes of season 3, but now it's just unbearable to watch.
