Because for some reason gay relationships are really popular with big fanbases (tumblr). Naruto, Harry Potter, Sherlock, Supernatural, Adventure Time etc.

Hold down the button to charge up the attack. It makes all the bending to more damage for a period of time.

What's everyone's favorite LoK season? I think it makes more sense to ask this for LoK than for AtLA which was more of a single story. I think most people would rate them like 3 > 1 > 2, maybe 4 is still too new to ask. My personal favorite is season 1 with the equalist story, but I can see how it has some weak points.

Hmm...
3>1>4>...................................................................................................two

3 is my favourite, hands down. After that... I'd say, 4, then 1, then 2.
3 hardly needs an explanation. 4 comes before 1 because 1 had some really cringeworthy moments with the love triangles. And 2 loses about 800 points because of the stupid giant versus giant ending.

I felt the story to 1 was really really good and they tried illustrating some important ideas (even if they at times beat you over the head with it) then it was just all really rushed within 12 episodes and kind of ruined what they were going for.
Plus the ending where the equalist movement just disappears kind of pissed me off. It's not like there cause relied solely on whatever his name was, their desire for equality should of existed with or without him, no idea why an entire organization founded behind a basic idea of equality would crumble because their leader was a prick.

Nvm.
Book 1 and 3 were both great. I wouldn't want to pick a favorite and it's been a while since I've seen 1. 2 is definitely last due to the finale.

Lol, 3 > 1 > 4 > 2...it's like Devil May Cry all over again.
Except DMC never had a second game.

Hm 3 is definitely the best, 1 is really good and I would make it a tie with 4. I feel 4 was good, but due to budget cuts wasn't as good as it should have been which sucks. Also the ending was bad, but otherwise season 4 was fun to watch.

I disagree, best thing they should have done was have the whole gang (minus bolin) stay single. Why does every show/movie have to have a relationship at the end? It just feels so forced like the ending of this one.

Wow for a while there Korra actually looked like a competent bender. Overall a good ending although I would have preferred Kuvira dead rather than alive. The last 5 minutes was like the creators shoving down their political message down everyone's throats DEMOCRACY AND PROGRESSIVENESS. Oh well, 10/10 it was okay.

i liked the season 1,3,4 villians so much i mean like amon was soooo cool when they introduced him and how he delt with like the hotheaded korra was pretty awesome (plus there were so many theories surrounding his abilities and identity, i really like the Ko incarnation or an ancient spirit with energy bending)
season 3 villians *drool* sooooo badbass!!!! all of them where so amazing im just sad we didnt get detailed background stories on them and more of them like beating up grunts when they invaded the earth kingdom (much like how team avatar (TLA) stomped on the guards of ba sing se) but i guess that was mainly time restrictions XD (zuko, azula had 2,3 seasons of development so cant blame Zaheer)
Kuriva was really awesome cause her bending was out of this world ^_^ those special tactics man.

The unnatural, though not irrelevant, conversation about how wonderful it would be if the Earth Kingdom became a Democratic-Republic was fairly forced. conversely, regardless of stance, the progression of Korra and Asami's relationship felt completely organic.
Have to say, I was still stunned that they really did it. As I was watching the last 5 minutes,I was like, "Haha, can't wait to see the people freaking out over the creator's little tease. "A few minutes later: "Oh, good, they're really not going to force the Mako thing this time. "Then comes the 1-on-1 with Asami, "You know this is really beginning to look like--" Then came the vacation idea immediately after, "Ahhh...They're really getting their money's worth on this! "Then the show is about to end with them departing together, "How far--" Then they hold hands. "Nuh-uh, obviously I have the maturity of a thirteen year old." The scene continues. They step into the portal together. All hands clasped. Their bodies subtly close in as they gaze into each others' eyes. "...Wow!"
I will put liquid-solid internet monies down, that there was in fact a scene right after they step in that was removed on final edit, that the creators will keep in their back pocket but release within the following 6 months. And I don't mean the fan made over-the-top makeout scene. Probably something sweeter and less lascivious. For me, what I saw what I saw was not at all ambiguous.

You know I gotta agree with you. Out of all relationships this one felt the most natural - the one with the most chemistry. It didn't feel like a hamfisted appeal to the teenage audience. Korra and Asami actually clicked well together. Also here's the fan made ending in question: http://i.imgur.com/xWg5JPR.webm

me personally, I didn't see the korra asami thing coming, kinda thought it was out of know where at least thats how i saw it.I mean im glad they didnt force mako thing, but i feel like they just forced this to reach everthing in there show. im not saying its bad but i feel making her into a lesbian or bi or whatever is just random as hell. again no problem with gays/lesbians/ anything just saying that i feel like they made this decision on the last episode. also

lol this is just about the same way i was lol. saw the 1 on 1 with korra and asami and ofc i went all giggity trolling around being a 13 year old again and bam came them entering the portal holding each others hands and all, and couldnt help but laugh idk why i just couldnt help myself i just thought i was so funny. i know there are the korrasmai ppl out there but i just didnt see it coming and couldnt help myself but laugh. not saying its bad at all but just didnt see it coming. still not sure if i liked the show as a whole. really only watched it because i enjoyed TLA and figured i watch it till the end. personally I only liked the first and third seasons not sure about the 4th still i think ill let the show sink in a bit before i write the show off as good or bad. only time will tell.

Well, it was a good ride. I've been watching this show and universe for so long now, it's really surreal that it's all over. Feels like not too long ago they were just announcing Korra's release.
I've gone through this experience with so many shows that I loved and it never gets easier. This is probably the worst because it's probably the end of well made animated action shows of this style. Atleast with Breaking Bad or The Wire or a million other shows that live action drama genre isn't going anywhere any time soon.
