Versus Buu though you are right, would have solved that problem quick. I thought todays episode was really good though, a billion times better than last episode ;D.

His original plan was picking off weak and tired fighters (which is alright I guess, probably smarter to just stay hidden the entire time) and he only found a way to deal with Vegeta after Roshi used a technique Frost didn't know of. And seriously, Frost could have ran and tossed the bottle off the edge immediately. AND SERIOUSLY, Roshi put up a fight against Frost for a while. This and the last few episodes have been pretty garbage.

This and the last few episodes have been pretty garbage. If you rewatch the scene, Roshi wasn't ever really putting up a fight against Frost. Frost said it was more difficult than he thought, but that was because he had to hold back or else Roshi would die and he'd be DQ'd. If he didn't have to worry about that Roshi wouldn't have ever touched him. Even holding back, Frost easily dealt with Roshi and didn't look like he took any damage at all, not until Vegeta punched him in his stupid face!

He has too much to lose and knows that Goku and Vegeta are likely superior to anything Universe 6 has. He'll probably play along for shits and giggles and maybe judge where things are at but I doubt he'll actually truly betray them. Not because he wouldn't but because it wouldn't help him. In the end he wants to live and his best chance for that is still Universe 7 and trying something afterwards. The preview looked more like Frost was gonna try and betray Frieza

Question is, just how cunning is he and who will come out on top? It's clear that Golden Freiza is superior to him in terms of strength but what about planning and such?

Frost also is waaay weaker then Freeza so he will have to be very sneaky if he wants to pull one over on Freeza (who probably expects a betrayal and is planning his own). Freeza is everything Frost wishes he could be so I can imagine Freeza "teaching him a lesson on how to scheme" or something . better happen this way or I'll be pissed lol.

Next episode looks very interesting, for me it seems it will be Gohan vs Frost+Frieza, until Frost tries to betray him and gets his ass kicked.

A true Freeza betrayal seems like it would be far more of a plot point than the summaries for the next few episodes suggest it will be.

I think he goes to one of the universes that wasn't participating. That gives him more time to plot and plan for Goku and Vegeta while also trying to become a GoD.

So long as Freeza doesn't end up getting jobbed by becoming a servant to some guy he's deathly afraid of or something.
