Official tournaments is another case though, but this is his personal stream.
Anyway this discussion is starting to get tiring...

edit: do note that the episode titles of the rest of this season are on this website (but nothing more than that) so don't click if you don't want to know them

In retrospect, the storyline behind the dagger is kind of unrealistic (book spoiler). Littlefinger comes off as way too much of a Chessmaster archetype, to the point it is unbelievable simply due to the events that occur which are completely out of his control (Varys being a counterpoint in that he actively attempts to involve himself into the events he masterminds).
I see it more like the whole dagger thing was a seed that Littlefinger planted. One amongst many, and it just happened that this one took and he was able to exploit it to the fullest.
I see Littlefinger more like a poker player than a chessmaster: he's been stealing blinds for several rounds, but as soon as he saw a weakness he could exploit, he went all-in and grabbed the pot.
I guess they were referring to arya? Man I'm looking forward to this, falling in love with the series ^_^ Not sure if I should go buy the books as well. Is the first book almost finished in the show?

Season 1 matches book 1 very well, and season 1 is done with 7 of 10 episodes.

Episode 8 looks so good. So much shit is about to go down. You got the Dothraki all pissed off ready to attack the kingdoms, the white walkers supposedly roaming around, a brutal winter approaching, and then the whole Lannister vs Stark battles. I'm really interested in seeing what Barristan intends to do. After seeing Ceresi destroy the kings word, you could tell he was extremely upset. I'm really hoping he ends up going against Joffrey and Ceresi.

This is why I love that so many people are watching the show without having read the books.

I wish I could forget everything I ever knew about the books so the show would be fresh.
That said, I also wish it was 7 years in the future, and the entire series was finished, so I could watch it all in one glorious weekend.
That said, I also wish it was 7 years in the future, and the 6th book would be just 2 years away from release.
fixed that for you :D (on the other hand, one can always hope :/, but nearly 11 years for AffC and AdwD, which ultimately shouldve been one book is mindblowing :/ )
Yeah, i would love to get to know the series a 2nd time from scratch.
If i remember how many hours i'd sit in msn etc. and speculate with a friend about shit that was just going down. Got a friend who just watched the show, and hasnt heard of it before (well heard yes, but never read) and its so damn amusing how he speculates about stuff and me knowing what happens (and the same time its so cruel because i have to be sooooo cautious to not reveal the slightest thing)
