Kurosaki's dad is more useless than Chad at this point. He came all this way with Ishida's dad and...I guess he's going home now?

And then, out of nowhere KON will come out and shiv Yhwach right in the solar plexus. And become the soul king. A fitting end to a comedy.

Shounen still has quite a few stories, but the nostalgia factors with these old mangas will be soo huge ..will feel like a generation end

Wait what Aizen you're standing in my way? I never saw it coming!" let ignore that Uryu already probed Ywachs ability has some sort of limit as to how many futures he can see and also ignore that Aizen already proved hes capable of effecting Ywachs perception

Shounen still has quite a few stories, but the nostalgia factors with these old mangas will be soo huge ..will feel like a generation end Seven Deadly Sins, Hero Academia going pretty strong though, and Fairy Tail is pretty popular as well. I don't know if you would count Soma, but that's kind of another Shonen still going on and capturing an audience. I think the popularity of shows has gone a bit over from Shonen to SoL/romcom, but Shonen's are definitely still alive and one of the more popular genres.

He's not saying Shounen era has ended just that the big three will be dwindled down to one (piece). And that itself is an era in this culture itself. It's time for the relatively new kids on deck to take over, like Soma, like Hero Academia etc.

People go where the quality work is, Bleach's popularity is in the shitter right now because its quality is in the shitter, and that hurts me to say, as someone who went through high school loving Bleach. Whether it's slice of life, shounen, a murder mystery or whatever, if it's good, people will find it and flock to it. But while we're at it, 7DS and Souma are my 2 favorites right now, pretty easily. Both great series that are pretty hard to poke holes in. Kuroko no Basuke is a favorite of mine as well, even though it somewhat recently ended.
