The ending episode didn't conclude much but I'm okay with it. MC going for the comeback now and I guess he creates his own pro team later in the show. There apparently is going to be a second season 2018 which is cool.
Yea, I heard China wants to adapt all of it since it's a rather well known web novel. Just wish it had more waifus besides the two so far.

I have dropped Jormungand after ep3. I had to cringe the whole time through which isn't fun.
Instead I have started Aoi Bungaku. I'm through the first arc (No Longer Human) and it's a nice change of pace. Finally a good psychological anime again. The upcoming stories seem to be shorter so I'll have to see how they can hold up.

The ending for the second season would be very akward if it were 25 episodes and they probably wouldn't be able to do 30+ episodes back to back. Devilman key visual is out.Devilman is one of the most influential manga ever and it's getting a full adaptation directed by Masaaki Yuasa and yet not many people seem to care about it Huh, I thought it was going to be a movie, or short OVA thing like Cyborg009 vs Devilman. If its going to actually be a full series adaptation, sign me up! Uncle Go stuff is always a fun ride!
That crossover was made 2 years ago or so.

Excited for the second season and liked the first one but felt like the anime packing really took off around I dunno, the 4th episode or so. It was odd to me, felt like I was missing episodes but they were cramming lots of stuff in and doing things off screen. That reduced it from a great to good anime. At this point, it feels like the MC lost a bit of his charm with the way things were handled.

quan zhi gao shou defintely was a nice watch, aots is uchouten kazouku for now, so many good episodeds!
honorable mention to the zero kara (not rem the white tiger one) series, its a nice fantasy.

Yeah, Uchouten is definitely AotS for me, nothing comes even close. Potential AotY contender, depending on how strong the next two seasons are going to be.

I think I going to give bnha a shot someday. Right now I'm not up for battle shounens though. I must say we had quite a bit of nice sakuga this season. LWA hat some juicy action scenes for sure and P.A. Works always delivers as well. Although I must say their cgi backround animation this time around often is a bit too obvious. Iirc they did better in s1 with that.

Just finished watching the first season of Chihayafuru. Really enjoyed it. Wasn't sure if I'll like it going in but I was wrong lol. Exceeded my expectations. + Show Spoiler +Taichi is such a bro. Despite eventually admitting to himself that he loves her, he's still treating his love rival, Arata well. Funny enough, even Arata thought they might be a couple when he asked Taichi to give her his email lol.
On another note, loved the showing of dominance by the Master and Queen. It was great to see and really showed what the players in Class A are all aiming for.

Chihayafuru is its own weird beast. How can a show about a classic card game be so compelling? It's the right mix of classic card game (I enjoy the singing), spiced up action and tactics as well as SoL.
+ Show Spoiler +Taichi is such a good character. I still hope the mangaka is going for Chihaya x Taichi in the end. I don't think it's decided in the manga yet.
Are you going to go for s2 immediately?

Taichi deserves someone that actually cares about him for being himself. Hate triangles so much man.
|
Triangles are shit. The only thing worse are harems.
|
Harems have zero balls to pull of anything romantic anyway so hard to really say they are worse.

Toad why do you try so hard to bait things man. A show with a monogamous couple isn't a harem silly reptile.
|
|
Monogamous couple surrounded by girls > indecisive Harem MC who gets nothing?
|
Not every harem is open ended.
|
Surprised you didn't add the one important gif of Hanekawa from season two.
|
Not many fans of hers around these parts.
