DYRL is perfect. I could do with some HD perfection.
And you guys need to step up your game on your Waifu lists. I've been researching and developing lists for years now, and your lists are all too basic:
I have a fancier one around but only those who truly want to stalk me get to see it.
I feel ashamed, I can't identify every single one.

Hina's father is not actually her father? lol. Seen this happen in so many different animes/movies etc... I guess it's one of those things that's overdone but will have help her eventually change sides so I can't complain. It's a good thing that they stole the coupling valiancers although I doubt they'll end up using them to the extent of Aoba and Dio likely will be quite a bit of time to even get the whole coupling going with trained pilots and such. Being able to see each other's memories makes me wonder what Dio discovered(guess he believes him now lol). All in all, one of the more exciting episodes but I would've liked it if Hina ditched Zogilia right then and there
Wut? No! I was so afraid that she would go over to them. It would be terrible if Hina just went over to the good guys. I mean why would she leave the people she knows and the country she has fought for her whole? Just cause her dad died and he wasn't her "real" dad? This includes leaving all her friends, including her best friend Bizon, to join up with the enemy cause there is a guy there who says he knew her (or just someone with the same name who looks like her) and this guy is "nice."
Sorry, if I sound angry or like a dick there, but I'm not trying to be either.
well, from that perspective, yes, I agree with you and I find it odd. From another perspective, I think she might see it like "my life up to now or at least some important aspects like her father are a lie. I don't know what to believe anymore. Who am I?". Also, keep in mind that once she realized that he's not her father, she went into shock. She doesn't know what to do and Aoba is someone who has already saved her life twice and is a stable factor (someone who isn't likely to change). He also said that he knew her before so after that revelation, it's possible that she somehow met him or something. On top of that, he's the first person she meets after the revelation and tells him the story. Basically, all those factors likely played a big role in at least considering the switch. Bizon would also be a stable factor though Aoba was the first person she saw and I don't think she loves Bizon or something, just friends (seems to be developing something for Aoba though and obviously vice-versa lol).
You sounded so angry to me there, I got worried I kid, I kid lol. Hope that makes sense
I just saw something called kanojo to kanojo no neko. I haven't read anything about it, but on gogoanime.com there is only one episode (ova). It seems to be about a cat talking about it's owner, and despite it only being 4 minutes or so, it quite moved me. I don't really know why. You should definitely take a look :D
just started watching kill la kill. holy crap have i been missing out. this show is just straight fun to watch. this wait for the last 2 episodes is already too long D:
The last arc being mainly about Iori was really good. But in the end the best girl won. This is like the first show I've watched that this has happened. No other shows come to mind.
Now to choose which series to pick up next. What do you guys think? 1. Angel Beats 2. Hanasaku Iroha 3. Baka to test

I haven't watched Angel Beats, but of the other two I think Baka to test is the one worth it more. I remember I found it really funny.

Angel Beats was pretty entertaining, haven't watched the other two so can't really comment though.

Never watch Iroha so i cant comment.
Angel beats if you want to push your emo boundary, if you didnt have enough from kokoro connect. AB is very good in comedy and action departments too, while overall i think it is a 'healing' anime. Baka is pure comedy with (slight) harem stuffs etc. Might as well give Bento a go if you liked comedy, since Bento is quite a short series as well.
If I were you I'd watch AB if i need some healing otherwise watch some others for the laugh (AB is better than Baka overall but since you dont find good 'healing' anime very often so save it for rainy days).
somehow i feel like Hanasaku Iroha is also a 'healing' anime but it is too girly for me...

Baka if you are looking for the lolz.
I personally would recommend Angel Beats.
Just a fair warning though the first few episodes of the show was pretty good and the show goes downhill after that but angel beats is still enjoyable for most anime viewers i guess.
I think non of the shows you mentioned are as good as Kokoro Connect. And yeah + Show Spoiler +
actually i like Iori more than the tsundere, She is incredibly cold and playful at the same time.

Iroha is definitively the best out of those, but none of them are really stunning.

You are right, best girl won. Inaba got caught by useless MC, Iorin free. The victor is obvious.
AB sucks unless you like moe, specifically Kanade moe. There are subscribers to Iroha, I just see it as another stereotypical PA works show. Baka test would be amusing if it actually did the funny stuff properly, which it...ehhhh...

I don't think they ever got up to the baseball portion of the sports festival, which is like the only scene that I really laughed at in the series.
Frankly the author's best work so far is the bungaku shoujo collab where he made Konoha cross dress.
