+ Show Spoiler [a few quibbles] + The introductory scene in which Elsa first "freezes" Anna is unnecessarily confusing; introducing the supernatural ability to manipulate ice and the ability's threats in a contiguous scene with an accident that is seemingly explained by natural circumstances (impact of the projectile and consequent fall) would probably have been made more coherent with an first introductory scene solely to introduce Elsa's ability, and a second to introduce it's threats, instead of the aforementioned one with both, and the scene with the trolls? to explain the condition. (Introducing the difference between the heart and another body part was an important distinction but could easily have been explained or introduced at the scene of the incident). Candid plot The large snowman(monster?) procured by Elsa to prevent Anna and Kristoff away was hostile whereas Elsa's actions and her creation and sustenance of Olaf imply that the snowman(monster) should have been neutral (and not provoked by a snowball) Action scenes (Anna+Kristoff vs snowmonster, Hans vs Snowmonster and bridge scene, Elsa vs Two Assassins) did not seem to contribute much to either the development of story or that of the characters. | ||
