But, after that i'll go find a walkthrough. I have been saving pretty frequently (are other VN's like this) since there's no split until much later I plan to cut out as much of the basic beginning stuff as possible. And a trick i picked up from rpg's is to spread out the saves into other save slots, and only replace one when you're absolutely positive you won't need to go back to that point in time (in RPG's i tend to use like 5 or 6 save slots...a little redundant but it has saved me hours of doing the same thing again many times). That's not really necessary in Grisasia, considering the choices barely matter. Reverting saves also isn't needed when you can just hold ctrl too. Heck, the only games I can think of where multiple saves actually mattered is Rance and Kamidori... and that's because they're not VNs.

I'll still probably save like crazy because I've become somewhat OCD about these things.

One point to note is that you can't access the "Extra" option in the menu (which is essentially like a database/checklist of the game) until you complete one of the five routes first.

Kaori-chan stop making hearts skip a beat please. The music in this show is amplifying the feeling of every cheesy/emo line being dropped by multiple times. Holy shit. Friend A you better fucking win. Holy shit that was so much better than what i expected. That was amazing my heart almost melted fuck. + Show Spoiler [and finally the next episode is] + the bridge jump i am waiting and ready for this shit. Wow On October 31 2014 08:21 BigFan wrote: No need to ask this question, you got the answer right there! You even put it first! There, I bolded it, underlined it and made it much bigger for you! lol. Clearly, subconsciously, you think it should be watched so what are you waiting for? There's no need to consider any other (romcom) anime when you have the best anime made by man. The show has it all! Great characters with unique personalities, heart wrenching moments and an entertaining story that will have you begging for more and cursing the author when you realize there's only one silly (but fun) OVA! There's a reason that Toradora is usually recommended and is quite often used as a benchmark. It's because it gets it right! The show manages to combine comedy and romance in a way that has been unreplicable by other anime to date. It's art quality, sound and animation are superb leaving you with an unforgettable experience! So, does this mean that other anime are bad? no, not necessary. It just means that Toradora is that good!!!!! Think of it like Starcraft: Toradora is the Flash of BW. Lots of builds, solid mechanics and amazing decision making skills that propel it to the top of the pack. Other anime are like the random A and B teamers. They have some skills but need a lot of work to even come close. You may get the S-class player here and there that seem to compete only to fall by the wayside as things heat up. Toradora is comedy! Toradora is romance! Toradora is love! <3 ps if you hate love, you hate Toradora by definition! For shame! :O Bigfan did not disappoint. Also Amy best girl and preparade best OP. and there was an OVA !?

On another note, I will probably watch it, but decided to go with Shinsekai Yori first (sorry bigfan). I'm also like half way through angel beats, but that's like 12-13 eps so I will probably finish it in 1-2 days.

Not that Ami is some flawless character, she has her own flaws, but that's atleast what made me like her as a character in the show. I didn't feel completely alone in dealing with the angsty parts of the show. Pretty much. Minori definitely almost made Toradora unbearable, ffs. It's like the female version of dense, male harem MC, just without the harem.

I didn't feel completely alone in dealing with the angsty parts of the show. Sure that's what makes Ami good, but the fact that they all have that immature approach is sort of what makes everything more believable to me. Remember, they are still kids. But yes, she has a strong sense of maturity + Show Spoiler + which some might argue is one of her flaws, b/c she was really just looking to be treated like a kid (which is what she is) but b/c of her modeling and her fake frontal character people always mistook her for being much more mature than she really was (or wanted to be) On October 31 2014 17:41 TheEmulator wrote: hmm, I guess Bigfan is a BIGFAN of Toradora.... I really loved angel beats, but the best eps are in like the beginning and towards the end. There's a definite dropoff in the middle there. (eps. 1, 3, 4, 7 (is ok), 9, 10, and the ending) -those are the good ones. + Show Spoiler [YuiLove] + Also, I'm not much of a fan of RomCom but Toradora did it just right for me. Good amounts of comedy and good amounts drama all mixed together. There was more than a few times I found myself laughing through tears b/c a touching moment is inexorably followed by some random comedy. + Show Spoiler [thegirls] + Taiga best girl for Ryuuji but Minori is best girl for me! Ami was good but so stuck up (i fucking hate people like that)

They did a first part of vol 1, some original material, then skip all the way to middle of vol 3. Basically they are removing all actual plot?
