Wow. You guys need to learn some restraint. You'll get the original manga ending in the show as well so I don't get the rush. I'm having lots of fun watching it week by week.

Random, I'm not so sure about. Gotta hit dat while you can, right? + Show Spoiler +Well, I think it's fairly obvious that Mirai has something on her mind regarding relationships, considering her reactions towards the feelings of Nao and that other dude that wanted to marry her. However, I would argue that most people would have come to the conclusion that it's about Slegger. That's what I meant with random. I personally thought that she might not be sure what she really wants or if she wants a relationship at all. In the end, it didn't even serve a pupose. I mean, the whole development was so short it was more ridiculous than sad. I mean from the situation that she felt bad and Nao suddenly knew what was up to the point of Slegger's death probably only 5-10 minutes went by. At some point I thought they might have done this to set up for Nao x Mirai but that didn't happen, either.
Well whatever, it's just a small part of the whole movie(s)... Nao=Bright, right? I'm not used to him being called something else, lol The originally Gundam doesn't do much in terms of relationships. In terms of canon, they are there, and they certainly happen, but when they finally appear, you are like "wait, they were an item?" If you watch Zeta Gundam, I can guarantee it will reveal at least one couple from original Gundam that will blindside you, lol Kai x Amuro!?

I'm glad you're not in the secret santa...

I dropped Terra Formar, when it used to air, after a few episodes because of the censorship. I decided to download it again to watch it (uncensored)
The experience is much more different (bloody!)
Anyone watched it already? Thoughts?

I don't feel I've seen enough of Tohka aside from the early episodes but she gets major bonus points for being so caring and the closest to the MC lol.
As for the story, I'm still hoping for more information in terms of what spirits really are, where they come from etc... but have a feeling that I won't find out lol. Had a good chuckle at Konosub. A worthy watch imo even if its over the top all the time. Read the LNs if you want more details about spirits. + Show Spoiler + I dunno, the anime is interesting but I don't feel it has enough power to get me to read the LNs lol. We'll see how the second season 2. + Show Spoiler +Kurumi is crazy with her power and she speaks so softly which I like. Given, she lost to Kotori but based on the way she acts and her looks etc... Kurumi > Kotori. There are people who actually like the psychopathic sadistic murderer who has a boring power? The entire reason I never bothered with Date A Live s2 is because I'm afraid the show will try and "redeem" or "forgive" that bitch for murdering people in cold blood, and that would just make me legit mad. + Show Spoiler +I wasn't talking about morality in my post anywhere though. Merely comparing looks, powers and the way they act (pushy vs soft spoken etc...). Yes, her power is somewhat boring (worst from all? nah) but it's quite OP that she can't even be killed.
Also, the whole purpose of the anime is that they are going to get their powers sealed and have them become like normal human beings so I'm sure they eventually will "redeem" Kurumi. After all, would you still prefer she continues her killing spree when there's no way for them to stop her? (rhetorical question, don't answer lol). Still haven't decided if I'll watch season 2 or not, saw bits of first episode and the quality seems to have gone down plus heard that it's worse than season 1 but I am curious to what they will do to Kurumi's character.

The LN series isn't even finished yet so I wouldn't hold my breath for any resolution in S2 (that being said I have not watched the DAL anime so I dunno where they take it).

Yeah Bright. I'm rather bad at picking up names in dubs and the only "name" I had in mind for him was "commander", so I had to look it up...
Fraw x Hayato?
And yeah, I was planning to start Zeta Gundam soon. I will take it slow though.

I finished Mahouka, meh... Was really boring

+ Show Spoiler [kono suba 5] +The episode starts with the classic Aqua begging at Kazuma while Kazuma complains internally (ofc) she's "aqua" kazumi stop undermining your waifu pls (though your doubts is certainly justifiable lol) gee i wonder what that is ROFL wait for it .... THERE IT IS ! lol i'm sure nothing will go wrong working as intended .. also they broke Aqua lol Aqua pls haha Also that was the fastest gg of alltime .. poor smug dude with the cursed sword rejected by 3 girls and owned by a newb "Kazuma the brute" ROFL Aqua her combination of being a smug idiot and desperation is lovely And the straight man act from Kazuma to her (well he's like this to everybody ) reminds me so much about Haruhi and Kyon but in that case Haruhi is a bit highly functional. Fucking Aqua though lmao(she did do something useful this episode)
i haven't had this much fun from a season anime, the last time was kawai complex and nozaki-kun
pls let there be a season 2 PLEASE

[17:04:56] <Toad|> see new hataraku maou pop up under recommendations [because new one came out on feb 10th]. Instantly depressed because s2 will never happen
If only they did that we could be wasting our time talking about actually good stuff rather than Date A Live...

The Zeta Movies suck, so unlike 0079, the series is the only way to go.
