Your humour and sometimes trolling is much more suitable to our nerd-culture than the super serious shit we see 90% of the time. Fuck being "professional", I want to have a good time and not wear a monocle and say shit like "exquisite!".

You said Idra was very entertaining and that no matter what he did he got more and more views. That by doing what he did he got even more views for the shock value but I think you have already been proven wrong and very recently. Look at Demuslims stream count for the past few weeks verses Idra. If what you say is true, then why did Idra have half of Demuslims view count during that little contention, if Idra's attitude is the winning attitude towards more views? It's just not the case, it's been shown through his viewership count and how many others get blown up in viewer count when they do good. Remember Huk when he dominated everywhere he went, or look at Stephano and how big his stream got the moment he goes on after proving his worth in the tournaments, his never give up attitude that brought back the games in his favor and were so entertaining that Jaedong was one of his greatest fans! With all of this in mind, I respectfully disagree and I think this should be an important discussion for players to understand so they don't fall for this. Naniwa fell for this, he went to shit, and now he's showing a lot of respect even after getting lost in anger he apologizes, he tried not to revert back to that disrespectful style to get attention and look how well it worked out for him, with his face all over reddit at the time as well. So which is the better attitude? I think by the viewer counts alone of Idra and Demuslim it is as clear as day. Edit: Also want to note even though Naniwa didn't win, it was that attitude that made him a winner after the tournament! I believe Naniwa's attitude before that was very similar to Idra's and ironically I remember Idra giving him shit for it telling people what a bad person he was personally. I wish your friend Idra the best, I hope he doesn't fall off the grid because of the amazing player he was and the potential locked within him, I just sincerely wish his attitude would change for the better because it is just ridiculous, there's a balancing act to everything and he may have once found a fun and entertaining balance to his persona but slowly but surely he went off the scale. Drama in this can be fun, having your own character, personal competition between players like that of Idra and Huk at one time, but there is a balancing act to everything and it's just misleading to make it seem like the drama Idra now creates is anything like it was when he gave a shit, when he beat MVP on his stream after MVP just won a GSL, he was the foreign hope and showed everyone again the powerhouse that he was, when he really went off the grid and came back winning big tournaments to where he nearly beat MC at MLG. Man how badly I hoped he would win that one and finally take an MLG again because he had the right attitude again then. I wouldn't even mind if he lost more often than not as long as he brought that attitude with him every game. He really teased the casters and all of us the first half of that game before he left regressing right back to..well...I'll stop typing now.
