Not saying it's so. I hope it's not so and that he still has that drive to continue reaching for the top, because I know I'd be quite a lot less interested in the pro SC2 scene with my favourite player gone from it. But most of all I hope Johan decides to do what's best for him in the long term. Sometimes we lose perspective of what's really important in life.

On a slighty amusing note Clutch posted in the reddit thread about this and having to revise his player intro notes again which I thought was kinda cute.

"Johan Lucchesi @QuanticNaNi @dignitassjow vi får se hur de går, har ingen brådska. gillar att vara ensam varg" = "@dignitassjow We will see how it turns out, i have no hurry. I like to be a lone wolf" "Johan Lucchesi @QuanticNaNi @LiquidHayprO @dignitassjow hade varit nice med lite falukorv.. " = "@LiquidHayprO @dignitassjow would of been nice with some sausage." (falukorv is a big swedish sausage wich you usually cut up in thin round pieces and fry in a frying pan.) " Johan Lucchesi @QuanticNaNi @dignitassjow @LiquidHayprO kom hit då, bara 4 timmar tåg " = "@dignitassjow @LiquidHayprO come here then, only 4 hours by train" "@dignitassjow @LiquidHayprO hade jag haft råd o åka hade jag gjort de, men har ju inge cash när man e teamless " = "@dignitassjow @LiquidHayprO if i could afford to go i would of, but i don't have any cash since im teamless "

@ Gothic: I don't want him to quit because I hate the idea of him giving up on himself. Kinda like how I worry about Huk when he gets super depressed in his tweets. I want the players I like to be happy as people just as much as I want them to suceed as competitors.

I think he's trolling a bit to be honest . He acts like he can't even afford a sausage xD. I bet he has some money in his account. He's just being funny atm

David Tate is talking about powerlifting and how people do not understand why they do it. Powerlifters sacrifice their health, they look funny and they won't get rich or recognized like many other athletes. But it doesn't matter, because they only care about being the strongest. It has nothing to do with Naniwa having no manners or respect for his opponents. He could be the same player he is but nicer. However, he chooses to be a douchebag. I would almost bet you that if he learned some respect, he would be less likely to crumble down when he loses. But it's his choice of course. User was warned for this post

I get the feeling people in the community are way too liberal with whom they call "douchebag" these days. Naniwa can be bluntly honest to the point of being disrespectful and he can act like a bit of a jerk sometimes, but thumbing down Nestea and balance whining when loosing to JonnyREcco does not a douchbag make. He does do stupid stuff sometimes, but the amount of crap he gets from people in the community is not proportionate to how he acts. As soon as he does well in the GSL again, some of the very people who have been whining about him will go "I used to hate him but now I don't, sign me up in the fanclub" (just look at some of the comments in this thread). Critizise Naniwa for his behaviour all you want, but there's a difference between critizism and bandwagon hate.
