Rivalries ClouD can not beat GoOdy in a bo3. He has lost over 10 bo3's since GoOdy switched to terran. Will the valiant cookie monster ever beat GoOdy in a tournament in a bo3 setting? Time will tell.
Cloud is absolutely fantastic. I am not a huge fan of his play but he's such a nice person! The days when he lived at Take's house and streamed his games and answered every question, so good! He has a lot of fans in Germany! At the beginning he was so shy and seems always to be kind of sad. But after a few weeks he gained a lot of self-confidence and you can see in his face that he feels good! Last but not least his "rivalry" with Goody? Hahaha so funny!
I wish Cloud good luck in the future and I hope he stays in Germany so we can see him very often on TakeTV and other shows/events!
I didn`t really like him in the beginning but I´m developing more and more respect for him both as a plyer and as a person. From his play he is perhaps the second best macro Terran (after Kas) in Europe and his games often resemble the ones from Jinro. I hope that he won`t be too discouraged by his loss in the playoffs of the german EPS. He already seemed somewhat depressed after losing to Hasu in the finals of the UGC so I hope that he keeps his motivation level up.
Definitely sign me up. Was really impressed by the matches that I saw before but even more by the interviews and casting as well as the matches he played in Copenhagen.
Because he used to end all his posts on teaamliquid with the cookie monster smiley. Also in one episode of team liquid attack in BW he actually tried making a cookie monster in lings on the minimap. I was the victim but I killed the cookie monster forming before it happened!
The games against Nerchio must have been played right before he broke his arm (about a month ago). He will probably have to forfeit his matches either in the next round or the round after that.
hes good but lets face it, there aren't really any other competitive italian players (yeah i know theres probably some GM's and high masters players in italy, but by competitive i mean at or even near his level). so wcg italy isn't really a big deal.
im a fan though. solid macro terran with a short temper
Sign me up please. Cloud = community hero. Mad respect for having the guts to post that and risk getting alienated by other pros if they choose to keep quiet.
I already heard Darkforce talk shortly about the payment scandal in the German Szenecast (it was I think a couple of weeks ago), but didn't pay much attention to it. Thank you for having the courage for making this topic and giving us fans a little insight in what is going on. Not paying the players cannot be tolerated by the community.

I have to say the game vs. Lucky on Terminus in the Go4SC2 Cup was the best and funniest match i've ever seen. It was so awesome i cant even describe it. Good Job ClouD!
But your 3rd Expansion, the 3rd!!! You completly forgot about it. :D
He's one of the very few people I almost always agree with when it comes to his opinions about the game. Also he's one of the few players that still has a Brood War heart (and mind).
Looks good in the ESL spring playoffs (3000€ 1st) for him, I think he is the slight favourite of the remaining 4. He knocked out Socke, arguable the favourite to win it and 'just' has to win against bigs and the winner of Darkforce vs HasuObs. He also won an ESL cup for 300€ and placed 2nd in another, he was 2nd in the ranking.
I just laughed my ass of watching Cloud's World. He is so straightforward hahaha. "Being a player is unforgiving. Except if you are TLO and were good at cheesing in the beta."
Sign me up!! His casting at the homestory cup has been really entertaining and informative, seems like a great guy that doesn't get enough attention :/
I love Cloud so much for these words. It just responses so exactly to my own feelings of HotS! (I don't mean complaining on the Protoss, but about DK and simplification of the gameplay)

I've being watching Cloud's stream... He seems to be such a good person! I wish I had got it to know earlier, I've missed so many streams by him. On the stream he said that he casted Teaja replays! Do anybody know where I can find the record of that stream?
From Cloud's Facebook "So I'm back to Italy after spending 2 and half years in Germany. It was an incredible experience and I will write about it very soon. I plan to stay here for a year then I will most likely move and live wherever my desire brings me (I still want to try Kiev, Seoul and Vegas). As I come back rich of new life experiences I feel I can finally give my homecountry the appreciation it deserves and I'm really excited to be closer to my friends and family here after so long. Altough I'm gone for now Germany will still be one of my favorite countries to visit and Hamburg, Cologne and Berlin are places I will want to hit more than once again."
So that kinda implies that he also left aTn (as they mostly care about the EPS and living in Italy makes playing there impossible).Looks like he`s going a new route in his life.

" A new chapter is starting soon for me. I decided I am going to quit competitive gaming to start something way better for myself.
I'm really happy and excited about my life right now and I only want the best for myself. That's why I will change completely what I am doing. I would have never said or thought something like this just a few months ago and as I am a different, better person right now I realized I can take bigger steps and start aiming way higher. I will play my last tournament and games next week in Hannover and then I will start focusing on my new journey. I will also soon write a blog on TeamLiquid about my decisions and everything there is to say about myself and my experience. I feel I have gotten what I needed from eSports, and while I could still get more of all the traveling, crazy experiences, growing fame and all the wonderful people I met so far I believe it's time for me to start something new and different, that keeps me excited every day.
