Let's not get carried away, but as a fan I just wish she wouldn't have these wild fluctuations in her consistency. I don't know of any player who can 6-1 Polt. 2-1 Life, and 2-0 PartinG while also losing 0-2 to Moosegills. Edit: Hmmm, any chance she threw the games so to protest the drama in the tournament? Hmmmm??? :D

Just disappointed, im sure I'm not alone in that feeling.

So yeah good luck to Scarlett for her SSL match. Obviously it's going to be hard and she's not the favourite, especially since it's ZvT, but with adequate preparation and her ability to use bullshit builds when she feels to, who knows what's going to happen.

It's not like she enjoys losing, either. Btw, you wouldn't happen to be MSCisStupid on reddit, would you?

In last 6months: She beat Life,DRG,Ragnarok 2x and hyun in MLG She beat Violet in last 4 matches they played She also beat Sen and toodming in WCS S3 She beat snute in last 2matches they played But that was when she was in korea.

I think a lot will depend on where she winds up staying, as I believe she mentioned that they were looking for a teamhouse for her to stay in. If she winds up in a house with strong Terrans, like Jin Air or SKT, then she could have a reasonable shot. If she's staying in a house without a good Terran lineup, like Samsung or Prime, then the fundamentals work in the Korean's favor.

Every sc2 player has wild fluctuations in form, and foreigners especially, it goes with the territory. Look at all the GSL champions who dropped to code B, look at how many repeat GSL champions we've had in HotS (zero.) Scarlett is actually the most consistent foreigner in terms of results and form since her debut, she's consistently taken top places in tournaments every year and beaten top koreans on a regular basis, no other foreigner can claim that. Maybe Stephano or Naniwa would have but they're gone. Scarlett has never had a year which has been worse than the last. When you're talking about the highly volatile sc2 scene, her long-term consistency of form and results is actually pretty impressive. Anyway this is not Scarlett's first time, she's taken some bad losses in online events in the past while playing like she didn't really care, but then been able to step it up with a big result offline so hopefully this will be the case again. TY is a really tough opponent and will be coming in as the clear favourite, so hopefully that takes the pressure of expectation off Scarlett and allows her to simply focus on playing her best game. And when Scarlett has been able to do that in the past, she's shown she can surprise anyone.
