Having said that, I don't think we have to worry about his next GSL match - herO is definately doable and sOs handles pressure very well in the last phases of tournaments.
Nah, he said he almost didn't practice PvT at all in the interview, so lost to Byun shouldn't be a big problem. I think right now his only weakness is mirror match. Hope he can improve it by then. Otherwise I don't see any T or Z has a chance to win him in a Bo5/Bo7 series. Maybe Innovation can have a try in the future
U sure are positive thinking guys Hero is number one in 2016 Proleague winnings ranking. He is really strong in 2016 and he is very strong in PVP. This is NOT an easy game for sOs.

The history of herO vs sOs is veyr favourable to sOs. herO doesn't play as well as his stats show, the only reason he has most wins in proloeague is because he's the best on his team and they overuse him. I can't see a situation where herO takes out a top tier toss like Classic, sOs, Zest etc

Nah, we're realistic thinking guys We all know herO is a great player, but considering the fatal situation for sOs here, I can tell you herO is already a dead man right now
There's no doubt about that And by "whole thing", I mean GSL, then Cross final, then Blizzcon, then IEM Gyeonggi, then WESG, then AlphaSC2
You're so fanboy man
I'm glad that sOs dismantled herO so easily!
Oh, I almost forgot, since we don't know the WCS format for next year yet, he might win IEM WC Katowice again which will happen in March 2017, assuming no region lock anymore
Not the most entertaining games against herO but he advanced easily and that's what matters.
Hoping for a good series and some shenanigans against MyuNgSiK but then again it's another PvP and will be probably bore us to death (which is regrettable seeing how promising PvP looked when LotV came out). Blizzcon dream alive!

I agree, PvP in LotV is not entertaining to watch at all compared to HotS. This especially affected the PvP style for sOs.

Still better than colossi versus colossi.
You know, if there was a person I would trust to beat AlphaSC2, it would be sOs. Him or Has...
sOs was always good in winning the last necessary tournaments to get to BlizzCon ... Even when I think, he never properly thanked KT for enabling him to get to and win BlizzCon last year. Without them, he could have been completely forgotten today ...
There is always a turning point in his performance every year, since when he plays awesome games. And that turning point was always a foreign tournament, which he won and people were shouting his name. And this year, he was not allowed to go to any foreign tournament ... But fortunately, they moved the round 3 Proleague finals to Shanghai ... and he won the first match and all the Chinese were shouting "sOs! sOs! ..." And in that moment, I was sure, it was his turning point this year ...

Well, I heard he has tons of fans in China, arguably the most popular SC2 player in China

sOs' vT and vZ are still entertaining, but his vP is more "standardized" due to major change of LotV. I'm not saying his vP is bad, but it's not as fun as HotS.

For me it's actually more fun with sOs bc he is the one that will do weird things in a very standard meta. It just makes it all the more interesting with he anticipation whether will his creativity or the standard meta will win in the end. It's like sOs playing PvZ at blizzcon where the meta was basically stalkhttp://www.teamliquid.net/video/streams/BasetradeTVer sentry.
