That is worse than Zest being eliminated by Time last year. He didn't have a single point. He had 600 from his 13th-16th place finish in GSL season 1.

$800 for Zest pretty good. For better or worse is kind of turning into an online cup hero :p

The online stuff is good practice and helps to pay the bills. Just doesn't gain any WCS points.

It's quite obvious he can beat herO (or even most players) online nowadays. It's just offline he seems to struggle.

The series against herO was really well played overall. He took good fights, executed his builds very well and had good decisionmaking. Cool to see him in good form. Also at #5 on KR at the moment with close to 6.9k MMR. That's quite exciting for this upcoming Code S season!

He doesn't play the modern oracle -> blink style, but still does the older blink/robo with double forge/charge followup he essentially invented. I'd love to see him adapt a bit, the oracle/blink build I think is a bit stronger now. The series against herO was really well played overall. Perhaps he isn't comfortable with the meta/latest patch, or is he saving builds?.

Regarding gsl he should get out of this group pretty easily, I can't see Sortof nor aLive as threats and he should be able to handle trap as well. Looking forward to see how this goes on saturday! He might play in today's ballistix brawl as well.
