But what if he sends ALL of his overlords while doing 3 hatch hydas? Like I mean the overlords are still slow but he can protect them all with his hydras while constantly pumping hydras till the overlords reach ur nat. So what would counter this? Keep in mind that he's basically doing an almost all-in build(3 hatch speedling/hydras)while u did ONE gate sair/dt. You might not even have storm on time? I think you should read it more carefully - vs a build where he goes all in hydra you cannon and storm BEFORE your nexus, and you actually have 2 gates before you expo so if you need to, you can just make the cannon at your ramp while getting speed, storm and a 3rd gate. EDIT: Although maybe I didn't deal with this adequately now that I re-read your post, I think the safest option would be to just cannon your ramp anyway.

Oh, and it's always good to have obs around, especially if you are playing an air-based game. Ground isn't too bad, since you should always have a few with your army. But air is all about timing and avoiding obvious traps which you can see with your observers.

Thanks, yeah, I meant I don't use obs for scouting/keeping one in the zerg main PvZ.

Ideally, you'll have 2 gates vs. this strat, but I find that it's too late to add when you see 5 billion lings heading towards your base (particularly if you scouted after gateway, which I noticed you doing in this guide).

If you find him second, his first hatchery will be at about 800 hp, rush hour is a small map =]
