Europe always get boned on the price... The pre-order for 5€ from frogster gives access to ~21 days of beta play to test the game, and they said they will probably not wipe character between open beta and head start. That's a good offer to see if the game didn't lose in dynamism and check the classes without 1000~ms delay.

Is this game a monthly fee?? Also it is a easy game? Like not that much grinding Easy to get money etc

Sorry to burst your bubble, but Korea courts couldn't prove that Bluehole used the copyrighted stuff to make TERA so it's likely US courts won't either.

Where did they say that? Just saw it on twitter.

I'm thinking of being a Castanic Warrior. (But Slayer and Beserker look good too) The race and class traits seem to mesh well (And I know alot of people will go this race/class, but it looks so cool!)
Edit: I did some research, they say Castanic is the most popular race based on Korean servers and US polling at about 30% for both regions. So maybe I'll do something else. I hate seeing 1 race running around all the time. (Fuck you blood elves!)
Maybe I'll go a healer class, I've been hearing that they are super fun to play and on the Korean server there are only 20% of the population playing healers, so I'd never have trouble finding a group for instances. Hmm. We'll see how the closed betas go.

Its all about that Elin Sorcerer named AnnieBot

Well being the sucker I'm for MMORPGs and the last two(Aion and Swtor) which I followed closely and played, sadly didn't turn out to be the earth changing, ground breaking games and now I've gone and pre-ordered this game too. I blame the all access betas and head starts(oh why are these coming back again) pre-ordering gives you, I've once again diluded myself with false(hopefully not) hopes.
I really really wish this game will succeed, the names behind it are experienced in the genre, the gameplay looks solid, etc etc. I'm probably not alone waiting for the "next-gen MMOs" and hopefully Tera here will push the genre towards something new.

I just like the concept of aiming, etc. Granted it's REALLY dumbed down but still it's better then sitting there hitting random buttons and scratching your butt like other MMO's. That's why I liked Darkfall, you had to be involved or shit didn't get done.

$15 monthly i believe, 3 month (might be $12) sub $11 a month, 6 month $10 a month, 12 month $9 a month.
$109 for 12 months is extremely cheap. And only $49.99 for the game, $158 for 13 months of game with new content being released all the time Plus content patches and further expansions are expected to be free.

Maybe when the whole deal is over we'll get the whole story.

Yeah we'll find out eventually I guess. Still don't get how if so much code was stolen from Lineage a glorified Diablo clone is the best NC can do on their own though. Probably some of the fishy on both sides, but then it usually is.

Looks like a 2nd Aion lol! This asia-grinder is free2play in 3month.

Indeed, I even liked PvE in Darkfall because you ALWAYS had to be on your toes (in the beginning obviously, when you got jumped a lot etc.), farming PvE suddenly wasn't just "tab 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-3-2-2-2-2-2-2-2 - loot - repeat while watching movies on secondary monitor". If Tera gets close to that feeling I'll be happy at least.
