In that game you get only preconstructed decks you can choose from. You unlock extra cards that you can add/swap in as you win with the deck. There's DLC that adds more decks in that's not free, but you get all the starting decks free.

We might get a nice Wall of Omens type or, like you said, if they reprint Angel of Despair and you're in the late game? That's a bit ambitious....Still, it's fun to play around with it. Until you realize you never get your combo. Venser decks were good because of the Luminarch Ascension versus JaceTMS. Angel of Despair doesn't work with this Restoration Angel.

Wall of Omens, Sea Gate Oracle, Solemn, Acidic Slime, Stonehorn Dignitary, Razer Hippogriff, Titans, Metamorphs were all the real reasons I ran Venser. I can't tell you how many times I would win without birthing pod because of the Venser/Sea Gate or Venser/Wall combo to fish up lands and elesh norn/Wurmcoil/Titan

If you buy the Gold edition which is on sale for $7 on steam atm, you get all the decks. There isn't many options when it omes to customizing decks really. They're all preconstructed and as you unlock new cards you can switch up to 20 of them out, but in the end it's the same deck. There's 20 or so decks to choose from I think, so it's not too bad, and it's much cheaper than buying the real cards, by far.

It at the very least needs to be able to be cast during the draw step (despite being a sorcery) or the Miracle ability does nothing at all.

http://www.wizards.com/Magic/Magazine/Article.aspx?x=mtg/daily/feature/190a I'm not sure if you can cast a Sorcery Miracle if you draw it during your opponents turn. "You're allowed to cast the first card you draw each turn if it has miracle, so if you find ways to draw cards during your opponent's turn, you get another chance for a game-breaking, miraculous moment."

zzz i need to read cards. Still, how likely is a ponder + noxious revival + other ways to set up the new timewalk deck going to work?
