So was just reading up on each class' skill tree, what's the deal with all the wonky multi bonus skills? Like say the Gunzerker has a skill that gives +5% reload speed and +4% melee damage per point. Why are these two paired together? It just seems to prevent you from actually specializing your character if two extremely different stats are forcibly stuck together.

Salvador has a handful of skill that are melee, which I assume is because one of his potential specials is a super punch ability.
A lot of skills have niche uses or obvious pairs but are much less useful for only portions of the stats like many of Zero's abilities giving gun damage or melee damage improvements in opposite skill trees.

GMG is reputable (I've been using it for a couple years). The site gives you a steamcode that unlocks the game on Steam. This deal also includes the same pre-order bonuses as Steam ("Borderlands 2 Premiere Club" : Golden Key, Vault Hunter's relic, Gearbox Gunpack, and Mechromancer character class as soon as she's available).
GMG also has a referral system that gives a $2 credit to the referrer as well as the referree (is that a word? ). You can read more about the system here and my referral link is http://www.greenmangaming.com/?gmgr=xohegola. To use it, you just go to the referral link, make an account, purchase the game, and you and I both get a $2 credit. If your currency is pound or euro, it should give you that instead.
You can use the credit to reduce the price of other game purchases. After your first purchase, you get your own referral link. (Found under the dropdown of your account name when signed in.)
The site also has War of the Roses on sale at 14%+25% off as well as other games you might want to snap up.
Edit: Apparently you can only use the 25% off code on one game. Shame, but I guess you could just make two seperate accounts? Not sure where I heard that but it was wrong.
For anyone still on the fence, this code will still work until Monday 17th September 2012 at 11:00 UTC according to their site. I used it last night to get borderlands for $36 and already downloaded the preload.

I can confirm this, they sent me a key and when I entered it on Steam, it said that I had the pre-order bonus, which makes sense since I activated the key before the game release.
