Minnesota was out of TO's, and they'd have to foul within 1,5 seconds (can't recall how much time was left exactly) being behind by one after his dunk.. At -best- you're one point behind with less than 1 second (I'm guessing they'll use around 0,5 seconds to foul in the first place, and then the clock starts when the opponents FT hits the rim), so you have to hit a shot from 95 yards with less than a second on the clock.. instead of being tied with your opponent having to make the tough shot.

I cant watch the games but Portland scored 90 points with 4 minutes left in the 3rd, what are they doing??? Popovich takes a long term view of the regular season. He's willing to throw the second game of a back to back and to give up early in blowouts to give his starters some rest.

But you dont validated doing something by banking on your opponent doing something even dumber.. you have the step, you pull up and you take the shot.. if you get blocked you get blocked, but really no one in their right mind is going to try to touch you if you pull up in transition.

What are people's favourite Finals series? I'm thinking: *Suns v Bulls 93 *Knicks v Rockets 94 *Bulls v Jazz (97&98) *Heat v Mavs (06&11) *Celts v Lakers (08)

Everyone knew (and knows) Malone was overrated, and the series would have been blowouts if Scottie Pippen's back wasn't locked up half the time.

Im pretty sure if you went back and asked anyone on the street who's seen that Utah Team play that they probably deserved atleast a championship. Any team that pushed Jordan's Bulls like they did is certainly worth it. Also wtf is up with Westbrooke, how can you have Kevin Durant on your team and take that many shots in the first 7 mins. Its a bit frustrating. The kid replacing Rondo is doing a decent job on him. Ibaka with 4 offensive boards and no putbacks :S
