Haiven, here (Social Media Manager for 38 Studios). Definitely just wanted to hop on to say that when Sean approached us with the idea to stream Reckoning we were thrilled (obviously!). But, in no way, has he ever asked anything from us in return. Thus...we're doing our best to support what's going on by offering some of the coolest prizes our company can muster. We think you guys are the bees knees! Curt, Todd, Ken, and R. A. are all psyched to show up for the stream as well and share their enthusiasm. Don't hesitate to let us know how we can support you guys and the community of gamers that surround teamliquid. You'll be able to find myself and Muse (the Reckoning Community Manager) over on the Reckoning boards (http://forums.reckoning.com). See you 'round the web!

Obviously you get money from ads on twitch and etc... But it's all fine. You show us a game in a great way, for absolutly free, and only those that enjoyed it will actually buy it. And if they enjoyed the show, they will probably enjoy the game too. You entertain us quite a lot, therefore you deserve money for it. Probably even way more than what you actually get. Everyone win. =)

I don't understand this line of thinking, traditional western RPG's, have for the most part, had pretty fucking abysmal combat. I don't see how taking a different route on the combat side of thing disqualifies it as a 'serious' RPG, whatever that means.

If he does something, then that's his decision, I couldn't care less about what somebody was getting paid, and he said himself that he's not getting anything. If I wanna watch what he's doing, then DAMNIT, I'm gonna watch it! Then again, I'm extremely biased. I tend to think that Day[9] + anything = Awesome, but that's just from personal experience

For those who want to buy this game as a second hand copy, they can't play this. Just a quick clarification here...the "online pass" is completely free content to anyone who buys the game new. If you purchase a used copy of the game you can still play the game, you just won't have access to the House of Valor quest line without purchasing the DLC.

He could stream himself doing laundry and make money, that wasn't what people were wondering. He could also get more viewers by doing something else. On topic, I finished the demo and it have potential. Maybe a bit linear but the demo doesn't really dwelve too deep into the content so that might change later on.
