Florida didn't dominate South Carolina. Both defenses showed up and the amount of 3 and outs in that game was ridiculous. But, Florida did what good teams do, capitalize on opponents' mistake. But the scoreline will sure give a false impression to those who only see the scoreboard.

You can't give Denard Robinson the ball with 2 minutes left. God dammit. Denard sucks lol, msu screwed up when they tried to throw on 2nd down. I can't believe anyone who thinks he is remotely good. If you watched ESPN and the BTN you would think he was a man amongst boys, yet anyone who watches michigan play week in week out knows hes mediocre at best and the offense will look nothing like it does now when hes gone. Hes a fraud against good teams and just pads stats against others. Sure he can do things that other players can't and occasionally can win games, but with a better QB they probably wouldn't be in those positions to begin with if they had someone more capable. You are butthurt. Denard is a fantastic player playing in a system he was never meant to run. I'll grant you that he isn't a very good quarterback in a pro style offense, that much is true. In a spread option offense he is ridiculously good. Two years ago when he was a sophomore under rodriguez he put up gaudy numbers, which have dropped since Hoke took over. Granted that was a good move for the team, because he cleaned up our terrible defense, but that is the reason Denard isn't used to his full potential. I am a michigan fan..... He put up gaudy numbers against the bottom of the big 10 and western michigan because he was their entire offense. He also scored occasionally in garbage time when his team was already down by 3 touchdowns.....good job. Hes not a good qb at all. He throws behind his receivers and will play 500 out there like its no big deal to turn the ball over. Hes not good. Michigan is on its way to be a good program, but he is holding back the development of the offense (watch, next year the offense will look nothing like this). How did he do against Mississippi state in that last bowl game with Rich Rod? When RR was basically coaching for his job? Against any good team he has played he has blown ass and been bailed out occasionally by lucky lobs. He single handedly lost michigan the ND game this year, with a servicable QB michigan beats ND, the team is actually pretty good this year. He has been a full time starter for two seasons. First season he was 7-5 with an absolutely horrendous defense and a team that had largely quit on its coach. Next season he leads an 11-2 team and single handedly wins the OSU game for us (look at his stats from that game). He single handedly won the Notre Dame game last year for us. He is on pace to have more rushing yards than any QB in NCAA history and his passing stats are pretty decent outside interceptions. What you lose in a slightly worse passer you more than gain back in the most dangerous runner in college football. Also, if he is so bad why is he starting? We have other quarterbacks, and yet the coaches have decided to keep him on the field and he has given them a fantastic record. As a Notre Dame fan, I can vouch for this. Is he the best throwing QB in college football? Hell no. The reason he plays QB is because he is the best and most explosive player on the field. It's kind of like how a lot of college recruits who were QBs in high school end up playing different positions in college. They only played QB because they were the best player on the team. Denard is the best player on that team and he always keeps them in games they shouldn't win. I have mad respect for him and I hope he is given a shot in the NFL as a RB or WR.
as a ND fan I can see how you would feel that way. If you go back and look again, it was way more on ND that they lost than Denard winning the game for UM. I mean, Jesus Christ vincent smith was open by like 30 yards last year......thats ND's fault not Denard doing anything special ;\

South Carolina's defense was actually really good for the most part, and you can't really blame them for giving up 21 points when the offense/special teams gave up two redzone turnovers (and a third inside the 30).
That Clowney guy is a beast on the pass rush, and he's only a sophomore.

the pac-12 network sucks. during the lineup introductions they had all the pictures and names mixed up.
constantly naming the wrong players that made plays. pronouncing all the players' names incorrectly. TERRIBLE.
also, barkley's stat line was ridiculous tonight.
19/20 298YDs 95.0% 6TD 0INT RAT 319.2
and the 1 incomplete was a drop by mcneal lol.

Meanwhile, anybody still think WV is a top caliber team? EDIT: Geno Smith just throws his 1st int of the season.

lol these. fucking. refs. First they call a shitastic pass interference penalty against us. Then they completely ignore a personal foul that sends our guy off the damn field to recover for a down. Then they didn't know the fucking rulebook and Jimbo had to illuminate them that we had a time out!

I am not arguing with you over Denard if you are going to try to bring up stats in meaningless games. Yea he did well against OSU last year (who was 6-7 btw) and I am incredibly happy/thankful for it because i hate the entire state of ohio more than anyone I have come into contact with. That being said, i can recognize him for what he is, sub sub par as a passer, a good runner once he gets going (hes actually pretty slow at accelerating in the backfield) but hes small so you have to worry about running him too much and having him leave the game injured. So he has more rushing yards than any QB in NCAA history.......who cares? Do you think hes a better QB than Tommy Frazier? or Pat White? I want wins and for him to play well. I really dont care if he rushes for a 70 yard touchdown when the team is down 45-10. Hes been horrible against all of the top competition hes played. And to say he single handedly beat ND is a joke, he threw the ball up for grabs a bunch of times and was lucky Junior Hemmingway was as good as he was (against ND and VT) or they would have been crushed both games. The Denard agenda is bordering on Tebowism. Ask any michigan fan what they feel about him, id bet 80% will be happy he was in Ann Arbor, but ready to see him leave next year. Michigan is going to take a big step forward in about 2-3 years but they kind of delayed their development by keeping him on as a QB.
The Denard agenda? wtf do you even mean.
And guessing from your other posts it seems you barely even watched the ND game. It was gallon who was wide open at the end of the game and roundtree who made the final catch, not hemingway. And the reason they were in range to win the game on that drive is because they unleashed denard in the run game in the 4th quarter.
Yes he is a better quarterback than pat white and tommy frazier. If he had played on those teams he would have done even better than they did. He is faster than both and an equally good passer. Both those guys had entire systems built around their strengths while Denard has gone most of his career with a coordinator who has never run the spread, and still had more rushing yards. And he is not "delaying their development" when you admitted yourself the backups are terrible.
I'll leave it to rest since you obviously can't be convinced, but honestly you either haven't payed very close attention to michigan football the last few years or are just plain dumb.

Denards not bad. I'd take him for FSU in a heartbeat.

Wow. Sorry we are done here. And I never said it was hemmingway who caught the final touchdown. It was hemmingway however that caught numerous of Denards 500 lobs.
If you really think hes better than Frazier or Pat White though i don't know what to say to you. Being from Lansing and moving to Metro Detroit has made me start to really dislike my fellow Michigan fans...... you are unbelievably delusional.
And sorry it was Gallon, big deal.
I almost wish I wasn't a Michigan fan nowadays because of people like you
FYI.... also, obviously if you are trying to win games in the here and now, the backsup aren't better. But if you are building the program for the long hall they would be, even if you sacrafice a game here or there a long the way. Denard sucks. get over it.
You know who else looked good against ND? Tate Forcier, yea. I'll leave it at that.

watch UGA move ahead of us in the polls for a "tough SEC win" at kentucky

You can call them overrated that's fine but beating Texas isn't a joke and if they cleaned up 11-1 it'd be one of the best seasons of the year.

Who West Virginia? They just lost today so they can't go 11-1. This is their second loss.

I was just about to ask you that. But what do u think of Oregon's chance of making it into the NCG if let's say LSU, Oregon, Florida and Notre Dame all have one loss? If the scenario was like this : If USC beats Notre Dame then loses to Oregon but beats Oregon in the Pac-12 championship game. You think Oregon would get the nod over all other 1 loss teams?

not if oregon lost in the pac12 cg. If they lost the first game but won the cg, they might have a shot.
