Good to see unranked teams like Washington and Arizona stepping up and putting their opponents (USC/Oregon State) in their place.

I like Te'o for the trophy. Even if it's just me that says it.

The only meaningful competition that ND has left is USC and with them losing to Arizona this week and possibly losing to Oregon next week, beating USC won't provide ND much bump. Both Michigan schools struggling isn't helping ND either. And if the party-pooper Iowa State beats OU next week, ho boy.... Bama only has @LSU and Texas A&M left, and then obviously the championship game, but you know undefeated SEC will not get left out, much less when it is the defending champion.

If bama goes undefeated they are in no matter what. Oregon, I think you are giving too much credit. Up to this point they have played literally nobody. If SC loses to them and to ND I think that game has no impact. With OSU losing tonight, that game loses some meaning too. I think if ND and Oregon finish undefeated along with bama its a close call, both teams are probably deserving, but ND would get the edge from the computers and name recognition.

They'd probably be able to edge Kansas State just because of ND's own hype, but the computers love that conference championship game. Once again, a conference championship game over who? A two loss team that will drop to three losses? A three loss team that will drop to four losses?

I will bet you $25.00 NON-esport dollars (realz monies) that Wazzu will not only have a better record than my beloved Huskies in two years, but will be a bowl team (and I don't mean the Kraft.com bowl) I would like to think they would both be much better in two years, but I guess we'll have to wait and see. I don't think progress will come that fast though, I still think UW will be better than WSU in two years. So I'll raise your bet of $25 real moneyz to $100,000 esports golds. We all know the conversion of esports money to real money is about 20,000 to 1, so that's essentially doubling your bet. It'll just take a season or two for him to get the type of players that fit his system and get them trained to run it really well. Maybe. I still think its gonna be really hard to recruit to WSU though. Due to our terrible reputation these past few years, and pullman being innately hard to recruit to since its out in the middle of nowhere. Anyways, a good sign today, we only lost to Stanford by a touchdown. And we had a chance to tie it at the end. Stanford just looked really flat this week

Michigan was on track for the B1G championship game if Denard doesn't go down. Jesus Christ Bellomy is bad

Really rooting for Oregon vs Kansas State, but Alabama is probably going to roll over everyone anyway.

Alabama should be favored to win, but if there is anything I learned from 2010, it's you can't underestimate LSU at home. In 2010, after watching LSU barely squeaking past Tennessee and Florida, I thought for sure Bama would crush them, but LSU outgained Bama and pulled the upset. And in 2008, the horribad LSU took the game to overtime. And don't forget LSU had a bye week last week, so they had 2 weeks to prepare for Bama. Nevertheless, I expect Bama to win. Could be closer than we think, if LSU defense decides to bring their A game, but I just don't think LSU can move the ball very well or score against Bama. Like we saw them against Florida or Texas A&M or last years championship game, if they can't run the ball, they're pretty much screwed on offense. With Lattimore gone, South Carolina is as good as irrelevant in both national picture and SEC picture now. It's not like they have anybody left on their schedule to party poop on either as far as national picture goes. Maybe they'll beat Clemson for the bragging rights.

@combz I never claimed OU was good just that it would be better competion I have been a big OU skeptic for years they have been way overrated and this just proves it. ND still has a soft schedule and as OU loses more this season it will only confirm that. I hope ND makes a bowl so they end up like Ohio state against the sec

As you should know, when it comes to the National Championship Game, the computer rankings don't really matter, its whatever game will give the most views. If Georgia wins out (which they should, though to be fair its Georgia), they'll be against Alabama in the SEC Championship. They'll have a shot (maybe 3:1 against) against Alabama. If you were the BCS NCG selection Committee, pick two: 12-0 ND, 13-0 Oregon who's strongest win will be over Oregon State, 12-1 UGA who just knocked off Alabama, 12-0 Kansas State with a Heisman-winning QB (Because no matter how good Manti Te-o is, no defensive guy will win). P.S. How the hell is USC still ranked 17 P.P.S. The Sagarin poll ranks Alabama 7 wth?
