main L3, cranny L4 keeping crop up is a real pain. 3 players with 25-40 pop and 4 players with 41+ pop near me i think i should make a rally point soon so i can train soldiers and of course build a granary and warehouse.

Yeah, even though I'm Roman (and therefore make fewer troops more slowly), raiding is proving to be an incredibly profitable venture for my meager assault squad of three legionnaires. Just find someone close to you who appears to have stopped playing and raid them over and over... and over.

Oh so when do you start building buildings? after all your fields are lvl 3 or smth? on raiding, it is more profitable than building fields(early game). Yes you heard the guy in the guide say that it takes 12 raids or something to make up for the cost of a legionaire(less trips for teutons...), but how many hours does it take to cover the cost of a field? a lv3 field takes several days to turn a "profit"

You have little to no control over battles. Once you send an army, there is nothing you can do to alter any course of the following events. Your troops of the many villages you control cannot merge into an army, and attackers cannot combine their forces either. Defenders however can. So you basically gather all the ressources and supplies by hand to build one large army in a single village to even get a decent offense. Information is almost impossible to obtain in time, at least relevant information for battles. The "races" are utterly, utterly imbalanced, Germans are waaaay overpowered, gallics are ok and have at least a slight edge, while romans are totally, utterly fucked. In the end you'll notice that the only thing you're doing is farming, farming and more farming. Wars are close to impossible to be controlled, it basically comes down to mass. And yes, I know what I'm talking about, I've played these massive multi browser games for years and always was a top100 quality player. If I'm supposed to argue or elaborate, feel free to ask.
